A man charged with throwing a sandwich at a federal agent in DC faces a felony, as the White House commits to ‘restoring law and order’ in the capital.

Sean Charles Dunn, who was filmed as he allegedly berated and attacked an officer with his Subway order on August 10.

Determined US Attorney Jeanine Pirro criticized the suspect in a powerful video released on Tuesday, condemning crime and announcing that the time for criminal acts is over.

‘He thought it was funny,’ Pirro said of Dunn.

‘Well, he doesn’t think it’s funny today cause we charged him with a felony – assault on a police officer.’

In a shocking video filmed by an observer, Dunn allegedly shouted at a group of US Border Patrol agents, calling them ‘f*cking fascists.’

With his weapon of choice – his dinner – by his side, he shouted ‘shame’ as he pointed at the group of feds.

The heated encounter occurred just outside the popular franchise where Dunn purchased the incriminating sandwich.

No-nonsense US Attorney Jeanine Pirro tore into the suspect in a fiery video shared on Tuesday, denouncing crime and letting culprits know their reign of terror is over

After several moments of going ballistic from across the road, the culprit approaches the agents and gets in the face of Agent Gregory Lairmore.

The group of agents remained calm while Dunn became increasingly agitated as he stood within feet of one of the officers’ faces.

The sandwich hurler then took his footlong and forcefully threw at Lairmore’s chest before attempting to sprint away.

But his getaway was a failure, the agents immediately trailed the suspect and cuffed him shortly after his violent outburst.

Dunn was arrested and processed at the Metropolitan Police Department’s Third District.

‘So there, stick your Subway sandwich somewhere else!’

Dunn was arrested during a sweeping crime crackdown initiated by the Trump administration.

‘The Criminals, you don’t have to move out. We’re going to put you in jail where you belong.’

Photos taken late that night show several federal authorities working in coordination with one another, including the FBI, CBP and the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).

The following day, he declared he was federalizing local police under section 740 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act.

A homicide suspect was arrested as well as seven people facing charges related to narcotics. Ten arrests were of people who had warrants out on them.

Authorities also recovered 24 firearms that night.

The White House said this included 1,450 law enforcement agents, including the national group troops and 750 uniformed DC cops.
