The resurgence of the Trump administration has breathed new life into Washington, D.C.’s social scene, highlighted by a Halloween bash filled with MAGA supporters on Saturday night.
More than 600 conservative figures from the nation’s capital crowded into the Saint Yves nightclub, located in the bustling Dupont Circle neighborhood. The event was so popular that attendees waited in line for over an hour to get inside.
The evening, dubbed the Cruel Kids Halloween event, featured a performance by rapper Rick Ross, a nostalgic favorite for millennials. The crowd, ranging in age from their early 20s to mid-40s, included many individuals influential in MAGA politics.
Among the notable attendees was White House Staff Secretary Will Scharf, age 39, known for his role in reading President Trump’s Executive Orders. Scharf was the highest-ranking administration official identified at the party by the Daily Mail.
Scharf, sporting a fluorescent vest labeled ‘Ballroom Construction Team,’ was seen dancing in multiple VIP booths and mingling with several women. His enthusiasm led to a minor mishap on the dance floor when he collided with a table, spilling drinks.
Also spotted was South Carolina Republican Congressman William Timmons, 41, enjoying a VIP booth. He held a glass of champagne while accompanied by a younger blonde companion.
CJ Pearson, a former co-chairman of the RNC youth advisory board and host of the new Family Matters Podcast, which highlights black conservative voices, was the mastermind behind the event, as well as its host.
Despite his previous political party bona fides, Pearson skyrocketed to MAGA-world fame earlier this year after he threw an inauguration night party that was infamously dubbed the ‘all white’ party by New York Magazine.

While New York Magazine posted a misleadingly cropped photo of Pearson’s inauguration party, which didn’t even include the host himself, they also dubbed the affair the ‘Cruel Kids Table.’
After that viral media moment, Pearson did throw an ‘all white party’, running with the name and creating an event where all attendees dressed in white. That summer event was headlined by rapper Soulja Boy this past summer.
MAGA influencers and right-wing journalists, congressional staffers, and other employees of Trump’s administration, holding jobs in agencies ranging from NASA to DHS, were all in attendance for Saturday’s affair.
Other notables spotted by the Daily Mail included Washington Reporter Editor in Chief Matthew Foldi and his buddy social media content king Greg Price, the Free Beacon’s Jon Levine, and Gen Z Political Commentator and Turning Point USA Contributor Morgonn McMichael, who was in a private booth with a gaggle of glitzy girls all dressed as pageant winners from different states.
Fashion designer Andre Soriano, of MAGA Dress fame, brought a cardboard cutout of President Donald Trump, along with a bag of rice, telling the Daily Mail that it was his ‘SNAP and EBT.’

Other notable costumes spotted by the Daily Mail on Saturday include ICE agents, several government shutdowns, and even a lawyer dressed as Zohran Mamdani, who looked so much like the real deal that it could have been the New York socialist’s doppelgänger.
The Trump ‘famous’ – but definitely not MAHA-approved – McDonald’s burgers and fries were also sold and consumed at Saturday’s event.
Despite all the fun, Pearson shared with the crowd that there was a bigger meaning behind the party.
Taking the microphone prior to introducing ‘The Boss’ ‘Rick Ross’ himself, Pearson also noted that he planned to take the show ‘on the road’, ‘going to every swing state across America, targets of the DNC’ to register college students to vote, calling the initiative ‘Party to the Polls,’ all in an effort to Keep America Great.
Pearson, who dressed up as Democrat House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries for the occasion, noted that while Jeffries may have shut down the government, ‘he can not shut down the American people having a good time.’
