Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are deep into preparations for their upcoming wedding, set for June 2026, just two months from now.

The renowned singer and the football star, both aged 36, are poised to exchange vows on June 13 in the scenic locale of Rhode Island.

With the date and venue finalized, Swift, known for her hit “Life Of A Showgirl,” is now turning her attention to crucial details such as the guest list, catering, floral arrangements, a grand cake, and of course, her wedding dress, as reported by a Wednesday cover story in UsWeekly.

The publication noted that they are planning for around 150 attendees. “It won’t be an enormous affair, but it will certainly feature many famous faces,” a source shared with the outlet.

On the guest list are Swift’s well-known friends, including Selena Gomez, Gigi Hadid, Emma Stone, and Zoë Kravitz. Meanwhile, Kelce counts his brother Jason Kelce, his teammate Patrick Mahomes, and actor Miles Teller among his close friends.

The ceremony is set to take place at Swift’s impressive $18 million mansion in Rhode Island, which boasts stunning ocean views and spacious lawns perfect for the occasion.

‘They feel confident hosting it there. The entire area will be very private and guarded,’ said the insider.

And there will be some spillover at the Ocean House, a five-star seaside resort nearby, it was claimed.

‘The guest list grew, so the ceremony and private gatherings associated with the wedding [will be split between the venues],’ said a second source.

But that could be changed at the last minute, the outlet allowed: ‘Taylor always has a plan B and C for every scenario.’

Neither Swift nor Kelce wanted a huge wedding. 

‘They’ve gone back and forth between inviting everyone and keeping it small and private,’ said a second source.

‘As of now, they’ve scaled it down. It’s no longer going to be a massive blowout.’ 

The wedding will be traditional ‘with Taylor’s dad walking her down the aisle and all the classic touches, like the father-daughter and mother-son dances,’ said the second source.

As far as her wedding gown, it has been speculated she may go with designers like Sarah Burton (formerly Alexander McQueen), Vivienne Westwood or a custom Oscar de la Renta creation.

The honeymoon will take place soon after the wedding and might be in the Caribbean, the site also alleged.

They don’t have long to hang out on the beach, however, as in late July Kelce has to go to football training camp.

They announced their engagement in August with a joint Instagram post that read, ‘Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.’

And there are no plans for a Life of a Showgirl tour. ‘She never meant to do a massive tour attached to it,’ said the insider.

‘Taylor’s priority right now is her personal life. She and Travis are saving all their energy for the big summer they have coming up,’ it was added.
