Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have traveled to Venice for what is being dubbed the wedding of the year, as Lauren Sanchez is preparing to tie the knot with Amazon magnate Jeff Bezos in the picturesque Italian city this week. The couple seems to have already embraced a vacation vibe.

The Amazon boss and his soon-to-be-wife have organized a multi-day-long extravaganza of celebrations for their famous guests, family and friends. 

On Tuesday, the couple was spotted boarding a water taxi with their three children – Arabella Rose, 13, Joseph Frederick, 10, and Theodore James, eight – signaling their family outing.

Ivanka looked stunning and fashion-forward as she wore a matching two-piece, red and cream-colored set from pricey designer La DoubleJ.

The top, which retails for $550, features a cropped length and a bold red embroidery pattern. 

She donned the matching $620 skirt, which hit her at the knee and featured the same embroidery pattern as the top.

In total, the ensemble comes out to a whopping $1,170.  

Ivanka kept her accessories simple with a pair of plain black sunglasses and a raffia bag on her shoulder, perfect for the summer weather.

Her husband, Jared, looked equally as casual-cool in a pair of khaki pants and light blue linen button-down shirt.

The upcoming wedding seems to be a family affair for Ivanka, as other members of the Trump family are rumored to be among the 200 guests that the Amazon tycoon and his soon-to-be-bride have invited to the festivities.

Other suspected guests include Orlando Bloom, Katy Perry, Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian. 

The original plan was for a huge party at the Scuola Grande della Misericordia on Saturday night but it has now been moved to another venue in the Arsenale area of the city, according to local media. 

In addition to the private tenders, a source revealed to Daily Mail that around 60 of Venice’s water taxis are reserved for the week, with some of the 400 gondolas on the island out of commission as well.

The insider also confirmed that Venice is expecting ‘200 guests who will stay at local hotels,’ although it’s unclear which ones.

Some of the most expensive and high-end hotels in the Italian city include The Aman, where you can book a room for over $2,700 per night, and Hotel Cipriani, which goes for over $2,000 per night.

The source confirmed to the Daily Mail that local bakery Rosa Salva Venetia will be providing pastries for the extravagant weekend.

The delicious menu items at the bakery include tiramisu, flaky, cream-filled pastries, and fritelli, a traditional Italian fried treat.

However, Rosa Salva Venetia will not be providing the wedding cake for the loved-up couple.

Our source claimed that a celebrity wedding planner, who is not working this event, has heard that guests will receive ‘opulent’ gifts just for attending the nuptials.
