Jeff Bezos and wife Lauren Sánchez shared a glimpse into their life as newlyweds as they spent quality time enjoying a dinner date on Saturday.

The billionaire Amazon founder, 61, and his actress wife, 55, exchanged vows back in June, during a rumoured $50million wedding in Venice, Italy. 

The couple looked to be happier than ever as they packed on the PDA during the romantic evening together in the romantic city.

Their outing comes amid expensive ongoing woes for the couple against Lauren’s estranged brother Michael Sanchez.

The duo is seeking $190,000 in legal costs tied to accusations that Michael attempted to disclose intimate photos of Jeff and Lauren Bezos, amid a controversial lawsuit that has spanned four years.

Jeff, 61, only had eyes for his stunning date as he held tightly onto Lauren’s hand while the pair left the Italian restaurant, Alba.

Meanwhile, Lauren showcased her stunning physique in a deep brown dress that emphasized her bust as she stepped out to a waiting car nearby.

The dress featured floral and fringing detailing and left very little to the imagination with it’s low-cut neckline and thigh slit.

Lauren accessorized with a gold clutch, styled her brown hair in loose waves, and completed her ensemble with tan stiletto heels and extravagant jewelry.

Jeff was wearing a navy blue polo shirt with black trousers and blue lens sunglasses as he led the two of them out of the restaurant.

Television personality Lauren gained fame in the US as an entertainment reporter and news anchor.

The exact timeline of Jeff Bezos, who’s the world’s second-richest person with a fortune of £123 billion, and Lauren’s relationship is unclear. However, their romance was made public by the National Enquirer in January 2019.

Soon after, the entrepreneur and investor split from his wife of over 25 years and the mother of his four children, MacKenzie Scott, 52.

At the time their relationship was revealed, Lauren was married to Patrick Whitesell, 57, who is said to have introduced her to Bezos initially.

Jeff and MacKenzie finalised their divorce in April 2019 – the same month that Lauren and Patrick ended their marriage.

Lauren and Patrick have two children, a 16-year-old son, Evan Whitesell, and a 14-year-old daughter, Eleanor Whitesell. Additionally, Lauren has a 21-year-old son, Nikko Gonzalez, from a previous relationship with former NFL player Tony Gonzalez.

She and Jeff made their first public appearance together in May 2019, before jetting off to St. Barts for the holidays. Months later, they made their red carpet debut in January 2020. 

The couple then spent three years traveling the world together, and he had her full support when he blasted off into space on his company’s rocket in June 2021.

Four years later, they married in Venice during a luxury multi-day event, which was attended by a whole host of celebrities and famous faces.

Just last month, Jeff’s mum Jacklyn Bezos, passed away at the age of 78. Lauren, who shared the news, took to her Instagram posting an emotional message about grief, which read: ‘Those we lose leave us with a quiet instruction… to live with more tenderness, more gratitude, more love. I carry that reminder with me today.’

Jeff spoke out about his mother’s death in a tender tribute posted to his social media.

He wrote: ‘Her adulthood started a little bit early when she became my mom at the tender age of 17,’ Bezos began the message.

‘That couldn’t have been easy, but she made it all work. She pounced on the job of loving me with ferocity, brought my amazing dad onto the team a few years later, and then added my sister and brother to her list of people to love, guard, and nourish,’ the tribute continued.

‘For the rest of her life, that list of people to love never stopped growing. She always gave so much more than she ever asked for.’

Jeff also shared that his mother had passed away after a ‘long fight’ with Lewy Body Dementia, surrounded by her family.
