Jennifer Aniston has a new cookbook, Cook With Clyde.
The collection of recipes is for humans even though they are presented by a fictional dog named Clydeo.
The cookbook is packed with a variety of dishes such as pizza, lasagna, and Mexican cuisine, which might not appeal to those on a diet. However, it is clearly labeled as being aimed ‘for kids’ on the cover.
One of the top recipes the 56-year-old Friends shares was for the yummy Mexican meal enchiladas.
And the ingredients are packed with calories, which is surprising considering the beauty is an impressive size two.
These snacks are crafted in a muffin pan, creating small, bite-sized portions. This might be one reason why the Hollywood icon, who wears a size two, stays in shape, thanks to these petite servings.

Jennifer Aniston has shared her favorite recipe from her kids’ cookbook

The recipe collection is designed for people, despite being introduced by a fictional dog character named Clydeo. It includes foods like pizza and lasagna that aren’t exactly diet-friendly.
Jennifer Aniston expressed, ‘The recipes are simple but delicious, and my hope is that families will enjoy trying these new dishes and have fun while doing it. Bon appetit!’ to People.
Amazon describes the book: ‘From breakfast to dessert, young cooks will learn how to prepare delightful, crowd-pleasing dishes, including Jennifer Aniston’s Easy Enchilada Bites and Clydeo’s Legendary Lasagna, and more!
With simple, clear step-by-step instructions, important kitchen safety advice, amusing comments from Clydeo for adding extra flair to a dish, and tales of both success and failure from Jen’s kitchen, this book is set to inspire any kid to put on an apron and embrace cooking, just like Clydeo!’
The directions for the mini enchilada bites, according to People, are to preheat oven to 350°F. Place tortillas on a cutting board. Using a 3-inch circular cookie cutter, cut out 24 tortilla rounds.
Then Aniston asks to brush 1 side of each tortilla round with oil. Push tortilla rounds into muffin wells, oiled side down, to make little cups.
Next, stir together Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese in a small bowl.
Then spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons of the enchilada sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoons diced onion, and 2 teaspoons cheese mixture into each tortilla cup.
One has to bake Enchilada Bites in preheated oven until cheese is melted and tortillas are crispy and golden on bottoms, 20 to 25 minutes.
Then one must remove Enchilada Bites from oven, and transfer to a platter. Sprinkle crumbled Cotija cheese on top. Serve right away with guacamole.
The snacks serve 12 people, though if each person has two, that would be six people, obviously.
It takes a total of 35 minutes to make these cheesy wonders.
Aniston released her debut children’s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, with illustrations by Bruno Jacob, in October 2024.
It was the first in a four-book deal between the actress, HarperCollins and Invisible Universe.
Per HarperCollins, the children’s cookbook will be followed by Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter later this year and Clydeo Makes a Friend in winter 2026.
This comes after the Los Angeles native discussed what medical procedures she has done.
The actress, who is known for her age-defying looks and toned frame, opened up about her beauty regime in the latest edition of Glamour.
Aniston was not alone in the interview as she was joined by her Morning Show costars Reese Witherspoon, Marion Cotillard, Karen Pittman and Nicole Beharie.
