Jennifer Lopez was pictured looking chic as she stepped out in Los Angeles on Wednesday, after recently being roasted by a former co-star.

The singer and actress, 56, appeared unbothered and even flashed a smile as she made her way through a parking lot in Brentwood.

Lopez seemed ready for business, wearing an elegant cream form-fitting jacket with a deep V-neckline, and a matching midi-length pencil skirt.

She paired the look with a white handbag and black stilettos. Glimmering around her neck was a chunky gold necklace. 

The star finalized the look with oversized aviator sunglasses and wore her caramel toned tresses in soft, flowing waves. 

She appeared unfazed by the recent drama with her former co-star, Luis Guzmán, who offered less-than-glowing remarks about her. 

At 56, Jennifer Lopez effortlessly exuded style and confidence as she was spotted in Los Angeles on Wednesday, despite recently facing criticism from a past colleague.

Wednesday star Guzmán’s remarks took place during a Hot Ones interview with his fellow co-stars Jenna Ortega, and Emma Myers. 

Guzmán, who shared the screen with Lopez and George Clooney in the 1998 film Out of Sight, was challenged by Myers to encapsulate the essence of some of Hollywood’s top personalities in just a single word.

Myers remarked, ‘You’ve had the opportunity to work with some of Hollywood’s most iconic figures,’ as images of Guzmán alongside actors like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Mark Wahlberg were displayed.

‘I will now run down a list of your previous collaborators and you must quickly give me one word that best describes them.’

At first, Guzmán dished out glowing compliments — calling Catherine Zeta-Jones ‘beautiful’ and Adam Sandler ‘amazing.’

But when Lopez’s name came up, the mood shifted. 

Guzmán gave a casual shrug before offering a flat ‘OK.’ 

The multi-talented star navigated a Brentwood parking lot dressed in a sophisticated cream jacket with a plunging V-neckline, paired with a coordinating pencil skirt of midi length.

Unruffled by the recent stir involving her former co-star Luis Guzmán, who shared not-so-flattering comments about her, Lopez remained composed; as seen in May 2025.

His Wednesday castmates gasped and laughed at the unexpected shade, but it remained unclear whether Guzmán meant it as a joke.

DailyMail.com has not received a response to its request for comment from reps for both Guzmán and Lopez. 

The pair famously worked together in Out of Sight, where he played escaped prisoner Jose ‘Chino’ Chirino opposite Lopez’s U.S. Marshal Karen Sisco.

The star-studded cast also included Clooney, Ving Rhames, Don Cheadle, Steve Zahn, and Viola Davis.

The film was both a critical and commercial success, praised for its sharp screenplay, stylish direction by Steven Soderbergh, and charismatic performances. 

Lopez earned widespread acclaim for her role as Sisco, with critics highlighting her magnetic screen presence and natural chemistry with Clooney.

During the Hot Ones segment, Guzmán stayed tight-lipped about Lopez but showered Ortega with praise, calling her a ‘prodigy.’

Part one of Wednesday’s second season premiered on August 6, with part two set to be released on September 3. 

According to producers, the next installment is ‘darker and more complex’ as Wednesday navigates ‘family, friends, new mysteries and old adversaries.’
