Jennifer Lopez had a close call during a recent performance, nearly taking a tumble while delivering her 2011 hit “On The Floor” in Las Vegas.

At The Colosseum, the 56-year-old superstar—who has reportedly been pushing herself to the brink of exhaustion—experienced a brief stumble as she energetically sang and danced. However, her years of stage experience shone through as she swiftly recovered, turning the moment into a light-hearted laugh and seamlessly continuing her routine.

Her impressive recovery did not go unnoticed, with one observer commenting on social media, “No one recovers from a trip quite like @jlo.”

The moment was captured and shared by JPASC24 via Instagram on Saturday.

During the performance, the Bronx native dazzled in a glitzy black and white tuxedo-inspired outfit, accentuating her fit physique with nude fishnets as she kept the energy high throughout the show.

Lopez is currently in the midst of her latest series of performances at Caesars Palace, which began on March 6 and will continue until March 28. As she powers through this demanding schedule, her dedication to her craft is unwavering.

Lopez is in the thick of her latest string of shows, which kicked off on March 6 and runs through March 28 at Caesars Palace.

Earlier this month the Daily Mail learned that the lifelong artist had been working nonstop to prepare for the Sin City production.

‘Jennifer is rehearsing night and day to make sure the show is spectacular, better than ever,’ a source shared.

‘She is working 13-hour days at a studio in North Hollywood with her back-up dancers to make certain she looks like she is on top of her game. She always says she wants to be “better than yesterday” – it’s her thing.’ 

Another reason she is putting so much energy into the shows is that she wants her act to be considered one of the top draws in Las Vegas.

‘Everyone is going to the Sphere these days, that is the town’s big deal, so she wants to prove that a more old-fashioned concert at the Colosseum is still the place to be,’ added the insider.

She also wants to remind fans that even though she is well into her fifties, she is still in her prime.

‘Jennifer loves to work, she never complains, it’s her jam,’ said the source. ‘Some people like to vacation on the beach in Hawaii, and some like to work nonstop. Jennifer is the latter. She feels proud to be doing so well at her age and as a Latina woman.’

The shows will also feature some guests along the way. ‘There will be a lot of excitement and surprise stars,’ teased the person close to the singer. 

It comes after Lopez previously brought out Ja Rule, with whom she’s collaborated on songs like I’m Real and Ain’t It Funny.

Lopez called the concert ‘the quintessential JLo Show’ while speaking with Extra.

She explained, ‘You see who I am, I think, as not just an entertainer, a performer, but as an artist and as a human.

‘I still do all my hits and all the songs that people know me for, but it’s really done in a very fresh and exciting way.’

And she explained why she’s working so hard, adding, ‘I’m in my happy era and I have that in the show… I’ve never looked at it as a job. It’s just what I love to do.’

It comes more than one year after Lopez’s divorce from Ben Affleck, her fourth husband, was finalized.
