Jesy Nelson has shared an update from her hospital bed as she gave fans a look at her go-to ‘must-haves’ during pregnancy.
The Little Mix star, 34, has been in hospital since late March after being diagnosed with twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome (TTTS) – a rare condition that can put one or both babies at risk.
Last month, Jesy tearfully revealed she had to undergo an emergency procedure due to complications.
Since the successful procedure, the star has been advised to remain in hospital until she reaches a certain number of weeks in her pregnancy, as there are concerns she could go into early labour.
And in a new TikTok video posted on Friday, Jesy showed some of her favourite products that have helped make her pregnancy journey more comfortable.
Promising her fans that she was not being paid to endorse the products, she said: ‘So, I thought I’d come on here today and share with you some of my must-have items that I’ve been using for my whole pregnancy.

‘I genuinely believe that these things like have actually worked, and this is not an ad by the way.’
Jesy’s first recommendation was Clarins’ Tonic Body Treatment Oil, a product she’s been using on her belly to reduce the appearance of stretch marks.
‘This thing is incredible. I have not got one stretch mark on my belly,’ she said.
‘It could just be good genes, but I do have stretch marks in other places, but it’s been amazing.’
Jesy added: ‘I love it because it smells amazing. And it’s really hydrating and genuinely I feel like it’s been so moisturizing for my skin.’
The Boyz singer then lifted her top to reveal her baby bump, using it as ‘proof’ that she hasn’t developed any stretch marks.
‘This is a big old belly. I’ve got twins in there by the way guys, so look, there’s no stretch marks,’ Jesy said.
Next, Jesy introduced a moisturiser from Fat Cow Skincare, explaining that it has kept her skin hydrated.

Finally, Jesy showcased a set of silky pyjamas with an elastic waistband, which she said has been ‘perfect’ for accommodating her growing belly over the past few months.
‘They’re just so comfy, and I could not live without them,’ the star said.
Jesy and her partner Zion Foster revealed to fans in a video that she’d been diagnosed with TTTS in March.
TTTS is a potentially fatal condition that can occur in identical pregnancies when twins share a placenta.
Abnormal blood vessel connections form in the placenta and prevent blood from flowing evenly between the babies.
One twin then becomes dehydrated, which affects its growth. The other develops high blood pressure and produces too much urine.

On Mother’s Day, Jesy shared that the emergency procedure to save her unborn babies had been a success, but she had to stay in hospital due to fears she could go into early labour (pictured with her partner Zion)
This leads to an enlarged bladder and excessive amounts of amniotic fluid, which can put a strain on the twin’s heart, leading to heart failure.
Without treatment, TTTS can be fatal for both twins. There’s just a 50/50 chance of both twins surviving.
Monochorionic twins typically have two amniotic sacs but share a placenta, and a natural birth is considered risky.
Jesy and Zion went public with their relationship in January 2023 after rumours surfaced in 2022 about their growing closeness.
They dated for 18 months before splitting in August 2023, citing the age gap and differing mindsets.
However, the couple reconciled, only to separate again five months later, before reuniting once again in November.
