Justin Bieber reveals what he classifies as cheating in candid chat

In a recent Twitch stream, Justin Bieber shared his distinctive perspective on fidelity, sparking conversation among his fans. The 31-year-old Grammy-winning artist expressed his belief that even entertaining thoughts of another woman while in a committed relationship constitutes a significant breach of trust.

Bieber remarked, “If you even think of a woman with lust, it’s the same thing as actually doing it. Committing adultery, or whatever.” He emphasized that even a fleeting thought should be considered seriously.

To further illustrate his point, the “Peaches” singer drew a parallel, saying, “If you treat a man with anger or something, it’s the same as killing a man.” This analogy underscores his perspective that intentions and emotions can equate to actions.

During the stream, Bieber was seen dressed casually in a pink zip-up hoodie over a white shirt, enjoying a laid-back meal with friends from popular spots like In-N-Out Burger. His candid discussion provided a glimpse into his personal values, prompting discussions about the nature of fidelity and intention among his listeners.

The Peaches singer, 31, made another analogy to drive the point home: ‘If you treat a man with anger or something, it’s the same as killing a man.’

In the clip, the Stay singer was clad in a pink zip-up hoodie over a white shirt, as he and his friends enjoyed food from In-N-Out Burger and other establishments.

Reactions on social media ranged from supportive to skeptical, with some saying that not everybody had the self-control to regulate their lustful thoughts.

‘Biologically speaking all men in a relationship will still feel attracted and lustful towards other woman,’ one user said. ‘Anybody who says the opposite is lying to make himself look moral/loyal.

‘What differs a man from a boy is how he reacts to those thoughts. Same with everything in life.’

Another user said: ‘Justin out here acting like he’s hosting Sunday school when half his songs sound like confessions from the cheating section.’

One user said that Bieber’s faithfulness made it easier for him to grasp the concepts.

‘More people need to focus on how important it is to not make a graven image – especially in your mind,’ the user said. ‘Scripture makes life easier and not harder.’

Bieber has been married to wife Hailey for seven years, as the pair initially exchanged vows in New York City on September 13, 2018.

They subsequently had a big ceremony in Bluffton, South Carolina about a year later, with guests including Camila Morrone and Joan Smalls; Jaden Smith; and Kendall, Kylie and Kris Jenner.

Last year the couple celebrated had another milestone in their relationship as they welcome their first child, Jack Blues Bieber, who turned one two months ago.

Hailey and Jack appeared in the video for Justin’s single Yukon release this past July.

Bieber began using the streaming platform twitch earlier in October, as he gets ready for multiple sellouts at next year’s Coachella.

Bieber has already racked up 160,000 followers on the platform.

Bieber told his followers that they would get behind the scenes footage as he put together the highly anticipated series of shows.

‘This is our space for the next few months, so excited,’ the Canadian musical artist said from a warehouse where he was with his friends. ‘I’m gonna be putting on a hell of a show for you guys at Coachella.

‘I can’t wait. So, getting ready, getting the gang together, get inspired – so beautiful. We’re going to be doing this pretty much every day, so make sure you tune in. It’s going to be awesome.’

The singer’s father Jeremy Bieber, 50, told the Daily Mail exclusively last month that he was ‘not surprised’ by the rabid fan reaction to his son headlining next year’s Coachella Music Festival.

Jeremy said he felt like a key component in his son’s recent series of personal and professional victories is his comfort level as he settles into being a parent for the first time.

‘He’s really leaning into being a father,’ Jeremy told Daily Mail. ‘I think it’s really grounded him into making his best music – I am very proud of him.’

Jeremy added that his son has ‘a very strong work ethic alongside his talent.’

The Canadian pop star demonstrated his massive popularity last month after selling out his dates at the Coachella Music Festival 2026.

In agreeing to perform at the Southern California-based festival, the two-time Grammy-winner was paid more than $10 million – surpassing musical icons Beyonce and Lady Gaga as the festival’s highest-compensated artist ever.

Organizers with the annual festival – which is slated to be held on six dates next spring (April 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19) – took to social media on Monday with a message about ticket availability.
