Kanye West stunned fans with an unexpected duet featuring his daughter North during his concert in Mexico City on Friday.
The 48-year-old musician, who recently apologized for his previous antisemitic comments, shared the stage with his 12-year-old daughter at the Monumental Plaza de Toros La Mexico.
The duo captivated the sold-out audience with a rendition of his 2014 song “Only One,” as a misty fog enveloped the stage.
A video posted on X shows West, also known as Ye, dressed in white trousers paired with a white hoodie and black boots.
North, his eldest child with ex-wife Kim Kardashian, wore a long-sleeved printed shirt, complemented by black sunglasses and a chunky silver necklace.
Sporting her signature vibrant blue hair cascading past her shoulders, North later took to her Instagram stories to highlight her concert outfit.

West and his daughter could be seen moving about on the stage that was placed on the floor of the arena.
The pair kept a little space in between each other as they connected with the audience around them.
After the music artist brought North on stage, the two walked off – with the rapper holding a proud smile on his face which was captured in a separate reel shared to Instagram.
Along with Only One, West and the preteen had the chance to perform other songs as well as together including their new track Piercing On My Hand, per Billboard.
Elsewhere during the concert, the star also performed other hit songs such as Heartless, Mercy and Can’t Tell Me Nothing.
North wrote Piercing On My Hand with her father – and seemingly is a response to negative criticism to her piercings.
Last year, she unveiled what appeared to be a dermal piercing on her right hand during a trip to Italy with her famous mother. The 12-year-old later clapped back at critics months after she first debuted the controversial bling.

She also says, ‘You’re so angry that I’m so mainstream. I’m not sure I’m crazy/I want more piercings and tats/I love blue hair put it in some plaits/Put the music to the max/I want like a hundred thousand racks.’
Kardashian recently revealed that North is homeschooled at her sprawling Hidden Hills mansion – and takes classes including a music course.
‘The music side and the producing isn’t my thing, and that’s her bonding with her dad… But we have to communicate about how North moves through this world,’ the SKIMS founder said on her sister Khloe’s Wonder Land podcast.
‘Respecting [Kanye’s] opinion on the things that go on with his kids is really important.’
The preteen has previously pursued her interest in the music industry.
Last year in January, North made a surprise feature on FKA Twigs’ third studio album, EUSEXUA. She garnered mix reactions from fans as she fluently rapped in Japanese on the track titled, Childlike Things.
The year before, North also stunned listeners when she sang in Japanese on her father’s Vultures 2 album.

North had made the big announcement at a Vultures 2 listening party in Arizona with her father standing nearby on stage.
‘Hi, it’s Northie, and I’ve been working on an album. And it’s called Elementary School Drop Out,’ she expressed, which resulted in the crowd to erupt into cheers and applause.
Back in 2024, North made her acting debut as Young Simba during The Lion King’s 30th Anniversary concert.
She took to the stage at The Hollywood Bowl to perform I Just Can’t Wait To Be King while wearing a lion costume.
West has also jumped to social media in the past to share a clip of himself ‘training’ his eldest daughter in the recording studio.
