The first glimpse of Ryan Murphy‘s new legal drama All’s Fair is finally here and it is as chic and mysterious as its lead star, Kim Kardashian.

Hulu has unveiled the first official trailer for the drama, offering a glimpse into the dazzling new series that deviates from the typical legal procedural. Kardashian portrays the icy and calculating attorney Allura Grant, leading a boutique, all-women law firm that helps women seeking revenge — er, I mean, divorces.

The show’s logline elaborates: “A cadre of female divorce attorneys break away from a male-centric firm to establish their own formidable practice. Fierce, intelligent, and emotionally intricate, they manage high-stakes separations, scandalous secrets, and shifting loyalties — both in the courtroom and within their own team. In a realm where money speaks and love is a battlefield, these women don’t merely play the game — they redefine it,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The trailer depicts the attorneys driving their clients and themselves to be as relentless as possible. At one moment, Naomi Watts (Feud: Capote Vs. The Swans) wears a sinister grin while soothing an emotional client, saying, “We don’t meet with sorry people.”

“You know what a girl’s best friend is, right? Not diamonds. Her lawyers,” Judith Light (The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story) tells Glenn Close‘s character at one point.

At this firm, there’s no limits to what this defense squad will do to get their clients what they need – even if it means having Niecy Nash-Betts (Grotesquerie) do some sleuthing of her own to catch someone’s husband red-handed.

Murphy is clearly pulling out all of the stops for this highly anticipated series. The trailer is also impeccably backed by Chicago‘s revenge anthem, “Cell Block Tango,” hinting that these ladies are out for blood.

Though the trailer is littered with private jets, fashionable pantsuits, and champagne toasts, there is still plenty of drama for these powerhouse attorneys. The trailer not only shows Nash-Betts crying in a hospital gown, but it even shows Kardashian hitting somebody in what looks like a tense argument.

Sarah Paulson and Teyana Taylor also star in the series.

All’s Fair is set to premiere on Hulu this fall and Disney+ internationally.
