Kylie Jenner SUED by second housekeeper

Kylie Jenner finds herself entangled in yet another legal battle, as a member of her household staff has filed a lawsuit against her, escalating the beauty mogul’s legal challenges.

This latest lawsuit emerges shortly after a separate legal action was initiated by another housekeeper, who accused the reality star of allowing a work environment where she felt ‘belittled and humiliated.’

According to legal documents accessed by the Daily Mail, Juana Delgado Soto alleges that the 28-year-old Jenner neglected to address mistreatment from other employees, despite Soto reaching out with a letter pleading for assistance.

Soto’s lawsuit, filed on Wednesday, targets not only Kylie Jenner but also her corporation, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, alongside Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. The allegations include racial discrimination, harassment, unpaid wages, and a failure to prevent or respond to misconduct.

The Daily Mail has sought comments from Jenner’s representatives regarding these allegations.

The legal documents reveal that in April 2025, Soto, frustrated by what she claims were ignored complaints, took the step of composing a detailed letter about her experiences. She discreetly placed this letter on Jenner’s massage table, just before a scheduled appointment, in hopes of finally being heard.

According to the suit, Soto allegedly described her emotional distress in the message, writing ‘I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused’ and adding, ‘I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn’t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it.’

The filing claims that the day after the letter was left, she was allegedly threatened with termination and told she must never contact Jenner again.

It further alleges that ‘Defendants told her she was no longer allowed to look at Kylie, smile at Kylie and if she saw Kylie she would have to “disappear”.’

Soto also claims her working conditions deteriorated further, alleging supervisors instructed her to leave the property whenever Jenner was present, restricted her access to bathrooms, required her to clean the doghouse, and barred her from drinking water inside the home, referring to it as ‘Kylie’s water.’

In August 2025, per the filing, Soto allegedly sent a message to supervisors stating, ‘I am sorry, I cannot do this anymore, every day you guys mistreat me, and I have bitten all my nails off, I cannot sleep at nights, and I always have anxiety because of the way you guys treat me. No matter what I did no one helped me.’

Court documents state Soto began working for Jenner in May 2019 and alleges she was denied meal and rest breaks during the early years of her employment.

She further claims the situation escalated in late 2023 when Sibrian became her direct supervisor.

Soto says she filed a Human Resources complaint in 2024 after Sibrian allegedly mocked her accent, immigration status and race, and repeatedly called her stupid.

According to the suit, Soto allegedly described her emotional distress in the note to Jenner, writing ¿I need to express just how terribly I am mentally abused¿ and adding, ¿I really apologize for letting you know about all these situations, I know you wouldn¿t allow this to happen, if you were aware of it'

According to the filing, Sibrian was temporarily removed following the complaint but later reinstated, after which Soto alleges she was subjected to retaliation including reduced pay, increased workloads and schedule changes.

The lawsuit further claims that on her birthday, Sibrian allegedly threatened her with termination if she left early, saying ‘no one cares about your birthday, Kylie is having a dinner.’

Soto says she later missed her own surprise party.

In late 2024, housekeeping supervisors Patsy and Elsy – who are referred to in the first lawsuit against Jenner as well, by their first names only – assumed leadership roles, the filing states.

Soto alleges that under their supervision she was denied time off following her brother’s sudden death and told to ‘report to work immediately.’

She further claims staff ‘whispered that [Soto] was lying about her brother’s death and kept forcing her to pick up trash they purposely threw on the ground,’ and that she was harassed when requesting leave for his funeral Mass.

Soto is seeking an unspecified amount in punitive and compensatory damages.

Soto’s filing comes nearly a week after Jenner’s housekeeper Angelica Vasquez, who identifies as Salvadoran and Catholic, alleged ‘severe and pervasive harassment’ and said she was ‘belittled and humiliated’ in front of other staff due to her race, religion and national origin.

In legal documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Vasquez says she started working for Jenner at her Beverly Hills mansion in September 2024. But a week later, she was transferred to the star’s $20million Hidden Hills property.

Vasquez says she reported to a woman named Elsi as well as the head housekeeper, Patsy, but claims she was ‘treated with hostility and exclusion’ by both.

She additionally alleges in the legal paperwork that she was told ‘Catholics are horrible people’ while her immigration status was the topic of bullying.

Vasquez claims that she was assigned the worst work tasks, that she was often shouted at and purposely excluded from the housekeeping team.

She even alleges a supervisor threw hangers at her while reprimanding her on one occasion.

Vasquez claims that staff ‘demanded to inspect’ her phone, ‘berated’ her despite ‘following instructions’ and ‘accused her of speaking negatively about them.’

Less than a year after being employed, Vasquez claims that she resigned in August 2025 after her various complaints were never addressed.

The former housekeeper also alleges that she has since developed ‘symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder’ and anxiety due to the bad experience.

In the lawsuit, Vasquez is suing for damages over emotional distress and unpaid wages – and she is also seeking other punitive damages.

Jenner is listed as a defendant in the lawsuit, although the discrimination claims are not directed at the reality star, and more so at her staff.

Sources close to Jenner’s Hidden Hills household claimed to TMZ that Vasquez was a junior employee who had attendance issues and other workplace concerns.

Vasquez has demanded a jury trial.
