Live from New York, it’s almost Saturday night!

Just a few weeks before the debut of Season 51, “Saturday Night Live” revealed on Thursday its lineup of hosts and musical acts that will grace the opening episodes of this iconic late-night show.

Celebrated music icon Bad Bunny will kick off the season on October 4, taking on the role of host for the second time. Joining him as the musical guest for her debut appearance on the show is rapper and singer Doja Cat.

On October 11, “SNL” alumna and “Good Hang” podcast host Amy Poehler will host for the third time, edging closer to the exclusive “five-timers” club that many of her fellow celebrities have joined.

Poehler will be joined by Role Model as musical guest, whose song “Sally, When The Wine Runs Out” went viral this summer.

Pop star Sabrina Carpenter will showcase her talents in a dual role on October 18, acting as both host and musical guest. This marks her first appearance as a host, while it will be her second time performing as the musical guest.

“Saturday Night Live” premiered on Oct. 11, 1975 and just marked its 50th season. Poehler’s show will fall exactly 50 years after the first episode.
