Margot, 34, was later spotted out in Soho with husband Tom, 35, following her boozy lunch event.
The Oscar-nominated star cut an understated figure in an oversized denim jacket with her long blonde hair styled poker straight.
While producer Tom was ever the gentleman as he helped carry the couple’s bags to their car, looking stylish in a black T-shirt and linen trousers.
Margot looked to be enjoying a well earned break from the UK set of the anticipated adaptation of Wuthering Heights.
The Aussie actress is a very vocal fan of Love Island, revealing that the love affair started when she lived in a house share in Clapham, London.
Unlikely as it may sound for a woman whose home is now a £2.1 million Los Angeles mansion, Margot was until 2016 a resident of Clapham, South London, living with six friends, including her future husband Tom Ackerley, in a ramshackle, four-bedroom flat ironically dubbed The Manor.
‘Love Island reminds me of living in London — watching it with my girlfriends when everybody was home from work,’ she previously gushed.
‘Those were the best days of my life. For me, where you live and what you do have to be simplistic and comfortable, otherwise how are you possibly going to relax?’

Margot took her love for the ITV2 show to new heights in 2021 when she bagged Islander, and Maura’s ex Chris Taylor, a role in her smash hit Barbie movie.
Having kept the cameo a secret for two years, Christold LadBible at the 2023 movie’s premiere: ‘There is a bit of a backstory. The lads went to a premiere.’
‘They met Margot [Robbie], and then afterwards Margot shouted them and said “Come to the after party!”, cause she’s obsessed with Love Island right.”
‘So then, I was living with the boys at the time, so I was like “I’m coming” and she knew who we all were. She watches the show.
‘So she comes up to me like “Chris!” and I’m like “what the f**k is going on?” I dunno, she must have just remembered me from then.’
Chris met Margot when the Hollywood star bought 2019 Love Island contestants Lucie Donlan, Michael Griffiths and Jordan Hames back to her apartment after the 2020 London premiere of Birds of Prey.

Just joined by her close friends, the surfer, the former firefighter and the model bonded over longboarding and were even invited to hang out with the actress in Los Angeles in the future.
Detailing their fun-filled outing, reality star Lucie shared: ‘After the film, we got a video message via an Instagram DM of Margot saying, “Please come to the after-party!” We got ready really quickly and joined her at The Oxo Tower.
‘Michael and Jordan got tequila shots in, then we went back to her apartment with a few of her close friends. We chatted about surfing, because she’s Australian, and she loves longboarding. It was so relaxed – she was just chilling in her slippers!
‘She said, “If you’re ever in LA, hit us up and we’ll hang out.” I just couldn’t believe it’, she added to The Sun.
