There are 25 coronavirus cases specifically connected to the Caroline Springs Square Shopping Centre.
The 10 cases linked to the shopping centre today included four linked to YPA Real Estate; three linked to Jolly Miller Cafe; one is a worker at the Pacific Smiles Dentist and the other two attended the shopping centre precinct.
COVID-19 Response Commander Jeroen Weimar has implored anyone who visited the shopping centre between July 27 and August 5 to get tested.
The shopping centre is currently the most concerning exposure site in Melbourne.
“We have listed yesterday … the entirety of the Caroline Springs Square Shopping Centre as a Tier Two site between 27 July and the 5 August,” he said.
“Again I would urge anybody who has been to the shopping centre over that period, please come forward and get tested immediately.”
The Coffee Club at the square has been listed as a Tier One exposure site on August 5 between 1pm and 2.30pm, as well as YPA Real Estate on August 2, 3, 4 and 5 and the Jolly Miller Cafe on August 2, 3, 4 and 5.
A number of stores at the shopping centre have also been listed including; Target, ALDI, Better Home, Fantastic Home and Gifts and Caroline Springs Pharmacy on August 4 and Spectacle Hub across various days.
A positive case also attended BWS at the square on August 2, 3, 4, and 5 and Pacific Smiles Dental on August 4.
Anyone who visited the Tier One sites must get tested and isolate for 14 days.
The state’s list of exposure alerts has ballooned to 244.
