Her husband Anthony Koletti has been given two weeks to vacate the premises.
Mr Koletti agreed today to sell the house, and told the Federal court it has an estimated value of between $15 to $17 million dollars.
He has been living at the Dover Heights home rent-free since Caddick’s disappearance in November 2020.
Australian Federal Police and the corporate regulator ASIC raided Caddick’s house in 2020 in relation to a Ponzi scheme she had been running for years.
The sale of the house is expected to go towards paying back some of the $23 million that Caddick stole from investors, most of whom were her family and friends.
A coronial inquest into Caddick’s presumed death will be held in September and the judge scheduled the next case management hearing for September 19.
