Model Elizabeth Jagger must be going through her 19th nervous breakdown.

Because the eldest daughter of Sir Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall appears to be battling a major infestation at her sprawling £4.9million Los Angeles estate.

Pictures show the seven-bedroom Tudor-style mansion, which she bought from singer Lady Gaga in August, shrouded in huge red and black fumigation tents.

Miss Jagger, 38, has roped in pest-control company Western, which has covered the majority of the 6,700 sq ft Hollywood Hills estate with canvas material. Only a patio area and the swimming pool remain open to the elements.

Western targets pests including bed bugs, fleas, termites and ticks, which are drawn into homes by the area’s warm weather. It is not known what pests are being exterminated.

Lady Gaga, 36, bought the property from the children of late singer Frank Zappa for £4million in 2016.

The American musician, who died in 1993, reportedly purchased the eclectic estate for £57,000 in the 1970s. His widow Gail continued living in the property until she died in 2015.

It features a main house with seven bedrooms and six bathrooms as well as two guest cottages, a swimming pool and a rooftop tennis court.

Speaking to Howard Stern on his SiriusXM show, singer turned actress Lady Gaga said: ‘The house is very special, very magical. Because his [Zappa’s] studio is in it and I get to keep his [sound] board.

‘It’s mystical to me that the music he made travelled through this board.’

She also revealed the estate has a ‘scream room’ – a long hallway with ‘amazing acoustics’ – in the basement.

Gaga’s primary residence is a sprawling ‘sanctuary’ in Malibu, which she purchased in 2014. The five-bedroom property has a wine cellar and a home cinema. Speaking to Vogue in 2018, she said: ‘This is my sanctuary … my oasis of peace. I call it my “gipsy palace”.’

Miss Jagger is the third of Sir Mick’s eight children and the eldest of his four children with former model Miss Hall.

The model turned activist is married to documentary producer Christopher Behlau. The couple had their first child, Eugene, in September 2020.

Miss Hall, who is married to media mogul Rupert Murdoch, confirmed the news to The Mail on Sunday. ‘Being a granny is wonderful,’ she said.

Miss Hall also has James, 36, Georgia May, 30, and Gabriel, 24, with the Rolling Stones rocker, 78.

Miss Jagger and Western were approached for comment.
