COLUMBUS, Ohio — A western Ohio man has a bit more cash in his pocket after winning the top prize on a scratch-off ticket this week.
The Ohio Lottery said the player purchased the winning ticket at a Shell located on Far Hills Avenue in Kettering, a Dayton suburb.

The winner said they were overjoyed to find out they won the top prize and are grateful for the win, according to the lottery.
They plan to buy a home for themselves and cars for each of their children with the prize money, the lottery said.
