Pamela Anderson BLASTS Seth Rogen after awkward Golden Globes run-in

Pamela Anderson recently opened up about the complex emotions she experienced when encountering Seth Rogen at the 2026 Golden Globes. This unexpected meeting stirred memories of a challenging period in her life, as she revealed during an interview on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM show.

At the age of 58, Anderson chose to leave the awards ceremony soon after presenting the accolade for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy to Rose Byrne. Rather than mingling further, she decided to retreat for the night, a decision rooted in her encounter with Rogen.

Anderson explained that seeing Rogen brought back difficult memories due to his involvement with the series “Pam & Tommy.” The show, which he produced, dramatized an episode in her life that she has consistently described as painful and deeply personal.

“Seth Rogen produced that series without ever consulting me,” Anderson recounted. “Pam & Tommy was about a tough chapter in my life, and it felt like, ‘How can someone turn that into entertainment without considering I’m a living, breathing person with feelings?'”

Cohen probed further, asking if Anderson had interacted directly with Rogen during the event. She confirmed their seating arrangement placed them quite close to each other, which added to her discomfort.

“He was right there in the pit at the Golden Globes,” Anderson noted, acknowledging how the proximity only intensified her unease.

‘I may have just felt like, “I’m not chopped liver over here,”‘ she continued. ‘I felt a little bit weird about it. And I felt like you know – I’ve been so busy working. I’ve done five movies in the last year. So, I’ve just been busy but sometimes it hits you and you feel kind of down.’

Anderson admitted the feelings lingered.

‘I don’t know. It just felt like a little yucky. But eventually, hopefully he will, maybe he’ll reach out to me and apologize. Not that that matters,’ she said.

When Cohen suggested that an apology from Rogen could ‘mean something,’ Anderson emphasized her current state of mind on what happened.

‘Well, you are free game. When you are a public person they say you have no right to privacy. But your darkest, deepest secrets or your tragedies in your life shouldn’t be fair game for [a] TV series. That p**sed me off a little bit,’ she explained.

The sting, she added, was amplified because the show revisited what she described as ‘the worst time in my life.’

As for whether she wanted to confront him or avoid eye contact altogether, Anderson acknowledged she felt like she was ‘already tip-toeing around’ the awkwardness.

‘I mean a lot of those people [are] even from Malibu days, so I still don’t feel like I belong in those rooms. I feel like, you know, uncomfortable,’ she said.

Still, Anderson joked that while she didn’t approach him in person, she certainly did in her head.

‘So, I didn’t make a beeline for him, but in my mind, I did. And really told him how I felt,’ she said.

Despite everything, Anderson insisted she wasn’t going to let the moment overshadow her life or career.

‘Everything’s good,’ she said, adding, ‘I mean there’s worse things going on in the world.’

During the interview, Anderson also reflected on wishing she had a better relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee, who she shares sons Brandon Thomas Lee, 29, and Dylan Jagger Lee, 28.

‘I haven’t spoken to him in a long time,’ Anderson confessed. ‘I don’t like it. I wish we had a better relationship.’

Her latest interview is just the latest moment in Anderson’s long-running criticism of Hulu’s Pam & Tommy.

Back in 2023, she spoke openly about the series during an interview on Howard Stern’s show, admitting she felt ‘run over’ after allegedly learning about the project through an advertisement.

The series dramatizes the creation and theft of Anderson’s infamous sex tape with her ex-husband Tommy Lee, which was stolen from a safe in their garage and later circulated publicly.

Anderson told Stern she was never contacted about the show.

‘I remember seeing this advert for Pam & Tommy and was like, what? No one called me, I’m still alive, no one asked me, it’s nothing to do with me,’ she said. ‘I felt kinda run over by that one.’

She also questioned the accuracy of the portrayals by Lily James and Sebastian Stan, adding, ‘I don’t think they portrayed Tommy or I very accurately. I haven’t seen it but I’ve heard from people that it’s a very shallow representation of us. I wish they would’ve called.’

Even if she had been approached, Anderson said she likely wouldn’t have wanted to participate.

‘I don’t think I would have wanted to be involved, especially with that subject matter,’ she explained. ‘Why? Why bring it all up again?’

The actress has previously said the fallout from the tape harmed her career, despite the renewed attention it brought to her then-husband.

In a separate interview, she revealed she had ‘nightmares’ after her sons informed her that a series was being made about the stolen footage.

‘I have no desire to watch it. I never watched the tape, I’m never going to watch this,’ she said.
