Pete Davidson and his expecting partner, Elsie Hewitt, were seen sharing a tender moment during an intimate baby shower attended by their closest friends and family.

The 32-year-old former SNL star and the model, who began dating in March, joyously revealed in July that they are anticipating their first child together.

Elsie, 29, took to her main Instagram account on Saturday to offer followers a peek into the elaborate celebration, as both she and Pete gear up for their new roles as parents.

The event was brimming with engaging activities, including a playful contest to see who could diaper a teddy bear the fastest.

In one snippet from her recent post, Elsie is captured enthusiastically participating in the lively game alongside other attendees.

Upon successfully securing the diaper on the toy, she turned to find Pete cheering her accomplishment, leading to a heartfelt kiss between the couple.

After she completed the task of putting a diaper on the stuffed animal, she turned around as Pete cheered her on and the couple shared a loving kiss

Another image from the bunny-themed shower included Elsie flashing a cheerful smile as she showcased her growing baby bump. 

The model donned a long-sleeved knit dress while her brunette locks were swept up into a chic up do. 

She added an assortment of rings on each of her hands and held a teddy bear with a diaper over her shoulder.  

Elsie was also seen pausing for a picture while tasting the sugary icing on a three-layer cake during the festivities. 

A variety of leaves were scattered on each tier of the cake which contained additional, intricate frosting on the sides.  

The yummy dessert was placed on a circular table decorated with fake moss and grass, while a stuffed bunny was set on top. 

Colorful balloons and floral bouquets added to the theme, while a carrot cake was also set up on the table.

At the very front of table appeared to be an espresso martini for one of the guests in attendance. 

Elsie as well as Pete and others at the bash were able to indulge in a buffet of bagels with various different toppings. 

One option included bagels topped with cream cheese and tomatoes that were placed on a silver tray next to lit candles.

In the caption of the post, Elsie penned: ‘sweetest special-est day filled with love and cake and diapers and fwends and hugs and bagels and gifts for my lil bunny on the way.’

Elsie additionally included an ultrasound of their baby and other pictures showed the lovebirds celebrating the pregnancy.

The model donned a white cropped top as well as matching sweatpants while the comedian sported a white sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

They paused for more pictures outside while each sporting pink and blue boxers underneath their ensembles.

At the time, a source told Us Weekly, ‘Pete and Elsie definitely weren’t planning on starting a family but are over the moon about it.

‘They are so excited. Pete and Elsie have a really playful relationship, and things are going really well.’

Earlier this month, Elsie took to her Instagram stories to get candid about the ’24/7 agony’ of her pregnancy. 

She told her followers that she was in so much pain that she could ‘barely walk.’

The model emotionally expressed, ‘I’m in absolute agony pretty much 24/7. This morning, it’s really bad.’

In regards to her symptoms, she admitted to trying ‘everything’ – such as acupuncture, exercise and steroid injections – but nothing has aided in alleviating her discomfort. 

‘At this point, if you can think of something that there is to do about the pain, I have tried it. I have tried everything, and it’s only getting worse and I cannot walk.’

She added, ‘I am just straight-up suffering and in so much pain every single day. I actually really don’t know how it could get worse than this.’

Elsie explained that she believes the pain is related to other her other health struggles including endometriosis and Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) – which is a connective-tissue disorder that can affect joints, skin as well as mobility. 

She then reached out to her followers to gather any sort of advice or help.

Elsie has previously been open about her endometriosis diagnosis and told People last month in October she had been ‘convinced that I was infertile and not going to be able to have kids.’

She later sent gratitude to the outpouring support and messages she received after her post. 

‘There are so many symptoms and things that I didn’t realize can be attributed to Ehlers-Danlos,’ she stated. ‘I really didn’t know.

‘So I feel like I’m learning so much about myself through this experience, but I just wanted to say, I’m seeing the messages and it’s, like, a lot of information because there are so many of them.’ 

Pete also recently shared that he ‘knew’ he was going to father Elsie’s children while on their first date; couple seen in May in NYC 

Elsie continued, ‘But I’m really grateful. Like, really, really, really grateful. So thank you.’
