This is the moment a police officer chases down a crack dealer after chasing him through a housing estate to catch him.
Bodycam footage shows inspector Mark Jones, who was on patrol in Southend, Essex, bolting after the 18-year-old suspect who he narrowly missed catching the day before when he fled downhill on a bike.
This time, however, the police officer was able to chase him down on foot through a housing estate and car park, bringing the pursuit to an end after just 30 seconds.

The 18-year-old man was arrested and admitted possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
On September 9 last year, he received an 18-month jail term, which was suspended for two years.
In the bodycam video, filmed in the summer Inspector Jones bolts down a residential street after spotting the culprit who turns left into a housing estate.
He cuts corners and quickly closes in on his man as he runs between vehicles in a multi-storey car park.

Barely out of breath, Inspector Jones tells the teen: ‘Stay where you are. Stay exactly where you are. Stop fighting.
‘You’re not going to get away are you?’
He then handcuffs the suspect, who later admitted possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
Releasing the video, a spokesman for Essex Police said: ‘Our officers aren’t sitting at a desk all day and they aren’t out looking for easy wins, they are on our streets targeting people causing the highest harm to our communities.
‘Over the summer, Inspector Mark Jones was on patrol in Southend, where we had a highly visible presence as part of a targeted operation to keep the area safe and catch people intent on committing crime.
‘Just a day before this footage was captured, Insp Jones had narrowly missed catching the Class A drug dealer, who fled downhill on a bike.
‘However, that victory proved to be short-lived when Insp Jones spotted the man the next day and again gave chase.’

Chief Superintendent Simon Anslow, of Essex Police, said: ‘Inspector Jones’ drive to catch this person, who was supplying drugs to vulnerable people in our community, is clear for all to see and I hope this sends a strong message to drug dealers that dealing, is not welcome in our county.
‘Last summer, we launched a joint operation with many of our partners in order to tackle crime and antisocial behaviour in Southend.
‘And as ever, our officers really stepped up to the plate and this footage is testament to that.’
