Police in Washington, D.C., released more pictures of a third suspect accused in the killing of a Capitol Hill intern in June.

Eric Tarpinian-Jachym, a 21-year-old University of Massachusetts Amherst student, was shot on June 30 and passed away on July 1, officials reported. According to the Metropolitan Police Department, the incident occurred on the 1200 block of 7th Street NW. Tarpinian-Jachym was in Washington, D.C., for an internship with Rep. Ron Estes, R-Kan.

Jailen Lucas and Kelvin Thomas Jr. were both apprehended in connection to the murder, as announced by U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro in early September. Police revealed that an 18-year-old suspect, Naqwan Antonio Lucas, has not been arrested yet. He is wanted under a warrant for first-degree murder.

Lucas and Thomas have violent records in family court, Pirro said, noting that they are juveniles.

In an earlier interview with Fox News Digital, Tamara Jachym, Tarpinian-Jachym’s mother, spoke about her son’s ability to overcome challenges in life.

“He had ambition because he faced several challenges. A lot happened to him, and while he initially struggled, like dealing with severe dyslexia in first grade—he couldn’t read or write, but he taught himself mathematics and chess from YouTube,” Jachym explained. “He encountered difficulties, but he felt at home in D.C. because he was bright and well-spoken. His smiles were sincere and heartfelt.”

The FBI, along with the Metropolitan Police Department, is offering a $40,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction. They encourage individuals to provide tips by calling (202) 727-9099.
