Emily Gabriella Sommer was apprehended after investigators traced her provocative posts aimed at Ed Martin, Donald Trump’s former US Attorney nominee.

Investigators honed in on the woman after finding an X user who said in multiple replies, “That was me that spit in your face today.”

In several posts, the user bragged, “Hi, hello. A pleasure to hawk a dehydrated, pithy white foam spit into your face.

“I only apologize that this city left me so dehydrated and unable to get water that I couldn’t produce more to stain and drip down your face.”

The user then ended the replies with a smiling poop emoji.

The investigation commenced when a woman was filmed spitting on Martin during his on-camera discussion with Newsmax on May 8.

The shocking video captured her shouting”Who in the f**k are you?” after noticing Martin and rushing over with her dog in tow on a leash to confront him.

After the horrific act, she quickly walked away and yelled, “You are a disgusting man. F**k you, Ed Martin.”

According to prosecutors, she then proudly shouted, “My name is Emily Gabriella Sommer, and you are served.”

Detectives analyzed a selfie on the trolling X account along with the footage and compared it to a previous booking photo they had on file.

The investigators then noticed “consistencies in the jawline, hairline, eyebrows, and nose” and confirmed that the attacker was Sommer, prosecutors said in court docs.

Sommer was finally taken into custody on Thursday after an arrest warrant was issued on Wednesday afternoon.

The Department of Justice has charged her with one count of assaulting, resisting, or impeding a government official.
