Kelley Wolf recently opened up about her divorce from Scott Wolf, during a night out with friends. This outing followed her recent hospital stay, during which she was reportedly placed on a 5150 hold.

On June 23, Kelley, aged 48, was spotted on Main Street in Park City, Utah. She was seen having a conversation with her children on her phone, just days after she mentioned she was ‘trying to locate’ them.

The Flow author, who was married to Scott for 21 years, has three kids with her ex: Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11. 

In a video captured by the Daily Mail, Kelley is heard telling the cameraman, ‘Let me talk to my kids real quick… I talk to my kids every day, several times a day.’ She emphasized her frequent communication with her children but mentioned she ‘has not’ been in touch with Scott.

In an Instagram post on Friday, Scott, 57, who filed for divorce on June 9, shared a photo of his three children on an escalator in an airport with the caption: ‘On the road with my forever squad.’

Kelley took to her own Instagram account to inform followers that she was ‘currently trying to locate’ her children since she has ‘barely seen’ them and claimed that she had not been informed of their trip. 

She added that she believed her kids were flying to Massachusetts as the family usually vacations in Cape Cod each summer.

The certified life coach shared an update in the video obtained by Daily Mail: ‘I mean, they’re good. They sounded great. The kids sounded great. 

‘They’re teens and they’re hysterical and they’re amazing, and I let them know… I’m taking them on a trip this summer just with me. They’re obviously on a trip with their dad, so that’s fun. I think that’s nice.’

Kelley concluded the brief chat by saying: ‘Divorce is hard. Divorce is a hard, hard thing. It really is. I’ve been working in mental health for 20 years and I can attest to the fact that divorce – it’s hard. I hope you don’t ever go through it.’

Kelley was discharged from a hospital in Salt Lake City ‘with no restrictions’ on June 16 after she was cleared by a psychiatrist, according to a source close to Kelley who spoke exclusively with Daily Mail about her hospital stay.

‘Her bloodwork was clean of any drug known to mankind,’ the source revealed.

‘They did say that she had anxiety and Ehlers-Danlos syndromes (EDS),’ which is an inherited connective tissue disorder that can affect various parts of the body.

Throughout her four-day stay in the general population psych ward, the source alleged that Kelley stayed in her room and was being ‘compliant’ until she was able to go home. The room had ‘no windows’ and she had ‘no access to a phone.’

The source said that she asked the facility multiple times to speak to her children and speak to her attorney, but that the hospital refused.

They also said that she refused to take any pills that were offered to her like Xanax or other Benzodiazepines and even tried to spit it out after being told to take them.

She had visits with the hospital’s psychiatrist who moderated her and nurses who drew bloodwork from her multiple times to drug test her.

Prior to her stay at this hospital, the source revealed that she had spent 18 hours at another hospital – this time in Provo – where she was first placed on a 5150 hold.

The source told Daily Mail, ‘They kept her there for 18 hours. They did not speak to her, she was not allowed to leave the room and if she left the room, she would be dragged back. 

‘She was not strapped down because she was compliant. She did not have her phone, no clocks in her room and did not eat much food. 

‘A crisis manager eventually came into the room to let her know it was time to go, and an ambulance came, and she was strapped to a bed and she was driven to the other hospital in Salt Lake City.’

Before spending multiple days at two different hospitals, it was a normal day for Kelley as she was preparing to take her daughter and her friends to the swimming pool at Sundance Resort, the source explained.

‘She was going on Instagram Live to promote this local fragrance brand Scents of Wood’s new collaboration when the police came in to take her away.’

It was then that she was taken away on a stretcher and strapped down. 

A shocking 911 call on June 13, obtained by Daily Mail, revealed that an unidentified female friend requested assistance from Utah County Sheriff deputies over concerns for Kelley’s ‘escalating mental health crisis,’ which the friend said had stretched over ‘several weeks to months.’

A representative from the Utah County Sheriff’s Office told Daily Mail that Kelley was ‘temporally detained by our Deputies while she was transported to a local area hospital where she was transferred over to their care.’

Daily Mail obtained the ‘Emergency Application for Involuntary Commitment Without Certification,’ through a source close to Kelley, which enabled a deputy to transport her to a mental health facility on June 13.

The document stated, ‘I, Deputy Savage, a duly authorized mental health or peace officer have observed Kelley Wolf, is mentally ill and that there is substantial likelihood of serious harm to self or others unless taken into protective custody pending proceedings for examination and certification.’

Kelley had previously alleged that she was held ‘against my will’. 

‘When someone you love is in pain – talking about ending their life or saying things like ‘this whole thing is killing me’- your first move should not be calling the police,’ she wrote on Instagram on June 21. 

‘I’ve spoken to over 100 women recently who were put on 5150 involuntary psychiatric holds – not because they were unsafe, but because they were going through divorce, grief, trauma, or simply speaking truths that made others uncomfortable. Too often, these holds are used as legal weapons—not medical interventions.’

Kelley is now taking time to ‘rest and restore’ at her favorite hotel in Park City, Montage Deer Valley, which was a gift from friends, the source shared.

‘She had pneumonia for three months earlier this year and lost 15 pounds. She was working on getting her body back in shape, going on hikes every day, until she was taken against her will and placed on a 5150 hold.’

The source continued, ‘She’s still continuing to do what she does best. She’s working on her second book and she’s also in talks with Bunim/Murray Productions to come out with a scripted show with the working title, ‘The Natural State.”

While Kelley has been open about what she has been going through on social media these last two weeks, Scott has rarely posted and has stayed out of the public eye, except for rare photos of him that were obtained by Daily Mail.

He shared a statement on June 11 about his divorce: ‘After 21 years of marriage, I have made the most difficult decision of my life, and filed for divorce from my wife Kelley. 

‘Our children have always been, and continue to be, the loves of our lives and our every priority, so I kindly ask for privacy at this time as we help guide them through this new chapter.’

Kelley and Scott’s divorce was apparently a longtime coming. Kelley had previously wrote on Instagram that she had been ‘trying to file for a legal separation for 9 LONG months’ – something that became visible to those around them, including their neighbor who had witnessed ‘constant police presence at their house.’

A neighbor who lives nearby the Wolfs home in Park City told Daily Mail, ‘Scott and Kelley’s marriage has been going downhill fast the last couple of months.

‘Scott had his brother, Michael, move into the house temporarily to watch over the kids and this seems to have caused a problem with Kelley.’

As previously reported, there have been a slew of police involvement with both Kelley and Scott with the Party of Five actor being charged with reckless driving just last month after he was caught speeding – going 128 miles per hour in a 65 miles per hour zone – and just this month alone, there had been a string of 911 calls made from their family home, including reports of trespassing and an individual being choked.
