Tragic news has emerged regarding the untimely passing of Victoria Jones, daughter of actor Tommy Lee Jones. A 911 audio recording has revealed that her death was suspected to be the result of a fatal overdose at a San Francisco hotel.
At just 34 years old, Jones was found at the Fairmont Hotel on New Year’s Day. The SF Fire and EMS dispatch, accessed by the Daily Mail through Broadcastify, reported a ‘code 3 for the overdose, color change,’ indicating a critical emergency situation requiring immediate response with lights and sirens.
The distress call was placed just before 3 a.m. Pacific Time on January 1. Despite the prompt arrival of emergency services, their attempts to revive Jones proved unsuccessful, and she was declared dead at the scene.
Although the 911 call suggested a potential drug overdose, authorities did not discover any drug paraphernalia nearby. Police sources further confirmed to the Daily Mail that there were no indications of foul play or physical trauma.

Police sources also told the Daily Mail that there were no signs of foul play or trauma to Jones’s body.
Investigators have refused to speculate on a possible cause of death with an autopsy now set to determine how Jones died.
Jones was lying on the ground of the 14th floor of the Fairmont hotel in San Francisco when a guest who thought she might be drunk alerted hotel staff, a source told the Daily Mail.

The staffers quickly realized Victoria was unresponsive and immediately started CPR and called for an ambulance.
It remains unclear whether Victoria was a guest at the hotel or how she came to be on the 14th floor, according to the Daily Mail’s insider.
A spokesperson for the San Francisco Police Department is now asking anyone with information about Victoria’s untimely death to contact the department.
‘On 1/1/26 at approximately 3:14 a.m., San Francisco Police officers responded to a hotel located on the 900 block of Mason street regarding a report of a deceased person,’ the spokesperson said.
‘At the scene, officers met with medics, who declared the adult female deceased. The Medical Examiner arrived on scene and conducted an investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the SFPD at 415-575-4444 or Text a Tip to TIP411 and begin the message with SFPD.’
Victoria – the daughter of Jones and his second wife Kimberlea Cloughley, whom he was married to from 1981 to 1996 – performed in her first acting role as a child.
By 2002, she made her movie debut with a small part in her father’s picture Men in Black II.
She would go on to appear in a handful of acting projects as a child, including a 2005 episode of One Tree Hill and a role that same year the Western picture The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada, which was directed by her father.

Although she has not acted onscreen since her role as a cheerleader on One Tree Hill, she has attended the occasional red carpet alongside Jones as an adult.
In 2017, she posed proudly at his side at the ArcLight Hollywood for the premiere of his movie Just Getting Started, also starring Morgan Freeman and Rene Russo.
She also made an appearance with her father in October 2017 at the opening of that year’s Tokyo International Film Festival, where he was serving as president of the international competition jury.
Victoria is survived by Jones, Cloughley and her brother, Austin.
The Daily Mail has contacted Tommy Lee Jones’s representatives for comment, as well as the Fairmont San Francisco and the San Francisco Police Department.
