In a troubling development, former President Donald Trump has circulated a graphic video depicting a violent attack by an illegal immigrant outside a Florida gas station. The footage allegedly shows a Haitian man, Rolbert Joachin, brutally assaulting a woman with a hammer.

Joachin, aged 40, immigrated from Haiti and was residing in the U.S. under a Temporary Protected Status, which was set to expire in 2024. He stands accused of attacking a 51-year-old mother, tragically ending her life in the parking lot of a Chevron station in Fort Myers early last Friday morning.

Emergency responders arrived on the scene to find the victim lying lifeless in a pool of blood, according to documents reviewed by the New York Post. The traumatic event has sparked widespread attention and debate.

Trump, taking to his Truth Social platform, condemned the immigration policies that permitted Joachin’s entry into the United States. He shared the harrowing surveillance video, criticizing President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats for what he perceives as lax immigration enforcement.

In a forceful statement, Trump declared, “An Illegal Alien Criminal from Haiti, who was released into our Country by the WORST President in History, Crooked Joe Biden, and the Radical Democrats in Congress, just beat an innocent woman to death with a hammer at a gas station in Florida.” He emphasized the brutality of the incident, describing the footage as one of the most vicious acts imaginable.

‘The video of her brutal slaying is one of the most vicious things you will ever see,’ the president then warned.

He went on to argue that Joachin ‘was allowed to stay here because the Biden Administration granted him, and all Haitians, “Temporary Protective Status,” a massively abused and fraudulent program which my Administration is working to terminate, but Deranged Liberal District Court Judges are standing in our way.’

Trump then said he hopes the woman’s death is ‘enough for these Radical Judges to STOP impeding my Administration’s Immigration Policies, and allow us to END THIS SCAM ONCE AND FOR ALL.’

Trump then claimed that if Democrats were to retake power in Washington DC ‘they will immediately REOPEN the Border and allow America to once again be a Safe Haven for Criminals.’

‘I don’t recommend you watch this tape, because it is so terrible, but felt I had an obligation to put it up so that people can see what Democrats are protecting, and wanting to come into our Country, even now, after all we’ve been through,’ he wrote, after promising to ‘ensure quick and severe JUSTICE is served in this case.’

The horrifying footage shows a man, whom authorities have identified as Joachin, banging on a black SUV in the parking lot of the gas station – prompting the victim to exit the store and confront him.

When she then asked him what he was doing, Joachin could be seen striking her across the face, causing her to fall to the ground.

He then continued striking her as she lie face down.
