The Nassau County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Ryan Nave following a six-hour-long manhunt for him Wednesday, the agency said.
FERNANDINA BEACH, Fla. — A man was arrested in Fernandina Beach Wednesday night following a six-hour-long manhunt in which the Nassau County Sheriff’s Office had a heavy police presence in the area of Robinhood Drive.
Detectives were in the area looking for a man now identified as 45-year-old Ryan Nave, according to NCSO. The sheriff’s office said at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday he was taken into custody and that there is no longer any safety threat posed to the community.
Nave was arrested on murder and “attempts, solicitation and conspiracy” charges, both felonies, jail records show.
