When Roe v. Wade was overturned, a number of states had abortion bans ready to take effect. But some states are already seeing legal challenges to their “trigger laws,” and more lawsuits are likely to follow. Greer Donley, assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh Law School, joins “Red and Blue” to discuss the latest.
