In this gated waterfront community, properties rent for up to $100,000 a month, boasting a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, clubhouse, and marina.

It is understood that Kelce’s compound also boasts 24/7 security – a feature that surely seems tailor-made for Taylor Swift, whenever she decides to drop in on her boyfriend.

The ZoomChef CEO, a childhood friend and Kelce’s personal cook for the past eight years, has been spotted in recent days shopping for stone crab, shrimp and yellowfish tuna at the nearby Pop’s Fish Market.

Kelce surfaced in Vegas late last month to compete in a celebrity golf tournament but when it comes to their Florida hub, the three pals barely leave their luxury abode, according to sources.

‘Maybe I can talk to her about her workout routine and see if she needs help,’ he joked.

‘I read where she talked about it, the different things she does to work out.
