(WJHL) — As boys basketball action intensifies in Bristol, Greeneville has become the hub for girls basketball, offering a significant economic boost to the area, according to event organizers. The highly anticipated Andrew Johnson Bank Ladies Classic began on Friday and will continue through Wednesday. This year’s tournament features a competitive lineup of 20 teams, including three reigning champions from various regions. The event not only showcases top-tier athletic talent but also draws visitors and fans, providing a welcome influx of business to local hotels, restaurants, and shops.
