Teen taught harsh lesson by judge for 'pepper-spraying family'

A teenage girl, accused of pepper-spraying a family during a riverboat incident in Texas while on probation, faced a stern reprimand from an exasperated judge.

Seventeen-year-old Kasidy Luz Trevino was denied bail by Judge William ‘Cruz’ Shaw III, who expressed his frustration by telling her she was “behaving recklessly on the riverwalk.”

The judge, visibly irked, reminded Trevino, “You were under my probation supervision.”

At the time of the incident, Trevino was serving a juvenile probation sentence, though the specifics of her probation remain undisclosed.

Following the alleged pepper-spray attack, Trevino now faces charges of assault causing bodily harm and injuring a child, elderly, or disabled person with intent. The altercation reportedly occurred after a family asked her to lower the volume on her phone.

The incident is said to have taken place on November 15th at approximately 8:30 p.m., when Trevino allegedly used pepper spray on eight individuals aboard a boat cruising along the San Antonio River Walk.

The 17-year-old got angry after she was asked by the boat’s operator to turn down her phone volume according to a police report viewed by the Daily Mail.

The operator then stalled the boat and the woman began to ‘verbally threaten’ those on board before unleashing the pepper spray, per the report.

‘Stop recording me, b**ch, or I’ll slap you in your s**t, the f**k,’ she told a woman filming her, in a clip that has racked up millions of views on TikTok.

‘I will slap your s**t, I will, I will.’

A person with the suspect then grabbed her arm and tried to gently pull her away from the conversation, but the woman continued her profane rant, the video showed.

‘What you looking at, n***a, I will slap you!’ she yelled.

‘What’s going to happen?’ the person filming the exchange said.

‘You’re going to get arrested, that’s what!’

After exiting the boat, the woman continued her verbal tirade before the clip ended.

In a separate clip, another woman can be heard telling police that the assailant got on the bridge and sprayed the group as it passed underneath using a can of pepper spray attached to her purse.
