Forget vaccination cards, the of-the-moment documents for admission to the Hamptons’ hottest parties are non-disclosure agreements.

“The NDA is the new must-have” for hosts in the Hamptons, said an insider.

The only problem: At some private parties, guests are so wary of the contracts, many sign with fake names, said our source.

One Manhattan real estate mogul threw an over-the-top Pride party where “everyone had to sign NDAs, and everyone’s phones were confiscated at the door by a large security team,” a source said. But, “a lot of the guests were so freaked out by the NDA that they all signed phony names.”

The source added, “This is the fourth party I’ve heard of having NDAs in three weeks.” But, “No one asks for ID, so everyone uses funny and ludicrous fake names like Clark Kent or Leo DiCaprio’s character from ‘The Wolf of Wall Street.’”

Another issue with trying to keep what happens in the Hamptons under wraps?

“At the end of the party, everyone’s phones get mixed up because they all look the same, and some people aren’t bagging and putting names on them. There’s just a silver tray, and it’s bye-bye!”

But some Hamptons hotspots are being more thorough on nights when VIPs are in the house.

Michael Pitsinos’ Naia restaurant at the Capri becomes a nightclub at night and has an NDA on special occasions depending on who is coming in, we hear.

“Celebs will show up, ‘Housewives,’ athletes,” says another source. “It gives people complete privacy. It puts people in check. Some people don’t want their business to be known, they want to be anonymous, they want to feel safe.”

We’re told the spot checks ID and makes sure it is the correct name. “They take it very seriously,” says the source.

The insider added, “People will cheat on their boyfriend or girlfriend. Like Frank Sinatra, they want to be strangers in the night.”
