In the wake of a tragic event, Tineke ‘Tini’ Younger is sharing a heartfelt message with her followers. Several weeks have passed since the heartbreaking death of one of her twin daughters, and Tini is now ready to speak out.
The 24-year-old, known for her appearance on Next Level Chef, tied the knot with Antoine Wright Jr. in November 2024. Last month, she shared the sorrowful news that her daughter Arya passed away shortly after birth due to a placental abruption.
Recently, Tini gave an update on her surviving daughter, affectionately referred to as L.
“I just wanted to quickly let everyone know that L (our baby girl) is doing well, and we are overjoyed with her presence,” Tini wrote on Instagram, accompanying her words with sweet images of the baby.
She continued, “We talk to her about Arya every day, and it feels like Arya visits her sister in her dreams. L often smiles while she sleeps.”
Tini also explained her absence from social media, stating, “I’m unsure when I’ll fully return online. I’m still navigating the emotional and physical healing process, dealing with postpartum complications that I’m working through.”

The social media darling took to Instagram and Facebook on November 26 to share the devastating loss of her ‘sweet girl’ in an emotional post.
‘This isn’t the post I ever thought I would share once the twins came, unfortunately earlier this week we lost our sweet girl Arya (Baby A),’ Younger began.
‘We made it to almost 36 weeks we were so close to being done and getting the girls to term but I had a placenta abruption and we lost our sweet girl.’
A placenta abruption happens ‘when the placenta partly or completely separates from the inner wall of the uterus before delivery,’ per Mayo Clinic.
When the serious complication occurs, it can ‘decrease or block the baby’s supply of oxygen and nutrients and cause heavy bleeding in the mother.’
Younger then shared that her other baby girl is ‘doing really good and breathing on her own.
‘We remind her everyday about Arya and Arya definitely plays with her sister in her dreams.’ She added, ‘L loves to smile in her sleep’
Tini also addressed her social media break, saying, ‘I’m not sure when I will be back. I’m still emotionally and physically trying to heal, I’ve had some complications during my postpartum which I’m still trying to recover from’
