Actor Tom Holland was injured during a stunt while filming the new “Spider-Man” movie in the U.K., according to reports from several sources.

The Sun, along with outlets like The Rolling Stone, Deadline, Variety, and Collider, states that Holland fell and hit his head during a stunt on the set of “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” at Leavesden Studios in Watford, Hertfordshire, England. This studio is known for filming “Harry Potter,” “The Batman,” and “House of the Dragon.”

There are reports suggesting that Holland may have suffered a concussion from the incident and will likely take a temporary break from filming.

The 29-year-old actor was reportedly rushed to a hospital by ambulance, where he was treated and released, The Sun reports.

It’s uncertain whether this event will affect the release schedule of the newest Marvel-Sony film, the fourth installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s “Spider-Man” series. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton (known for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), the film is currently set to premiere in theaters on July 31, 2026.

The Sun is reporting that another person, believed to be a stuntwoman, was also taken to the hospital after the incident.

In August, Sony released a video of Holland on set during Day 1 of filming “back in the suit.”

The “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” cast includes Zendaya, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, Jacob Batalon, Mark Ruffalo, J.K. Simmons and more.
