Trump delivers savage parting shot to 'lowlifes' MTG and Thomas Massie

Former President Donald Trump has launched a fierce critique against certain Republicans, labeling them as ‘lowlifes’ while asserting that the party is more unified than ever before.

In a fiery message posted on Truth Social Sunday evening, Trump targeted figures such as Thomas Massie, Rand Paul, and Marjorie Taylor Greene—who recently stepped down from Congress—calling them ‘lowlifes’ and ‘traitors.’

“Aside from Rand Paul, Rand Paul Jr. (Massie!), Marjorie ‘Traitor’ Brown, and a few other ‘lowlifes’… there is tremendous spirit and unity,” Trump remarked.

He emphatically added, “The Republican Party has never been as UNITED AS IT IS RIGHT NOW!”

Trump also claimed, “The Republican Party is MUCH LARGER than it was when I first announced in 2015, or ever before—gaining many millions more members!”

He went on to highlight achievements during his tenure, stating, “We now have the strongest border ever, the biggest tax cuts, the best economy, the highest stock market in U.S. history, and so much more. BUT, THE BEST IS YET TO COME! VOTE REPUBLICAN!!!”

Trump’s latest outburst comes hours after Greene was forced to publicly deny rumors she plans to run for president in 2028.

‘I’m not running for President and never said I wanted to and have only laughed about it when anyone would mention it,’ she wrote on X.

‘Running for President requires traveling all over the country, begging for donations all day everyday to raise hundreds of millions of dollars, arguing political talking points everyday to the point of exhaustion, destroying your health and having no personal life in order to attempt to get enough votes to become President all to go to work into a system that refuses to fix any of America’s problems.

‘And most importantly, I’m not the kind of person who is willing to make the deals that must be made in order to be allowed to have the title.

‘Again, I’m not motivated by power and titles.’

Greene said the system would ‘never allow’ someone like her to ‘rise to power and actually solve the crises that plague all of us.

‘That would go against its business model.’

On Friday, Greene announced in a 10-minute video she was quitting Congress in early 2026 on the back of her very public feud with Trump.

It was a decision that neither Trump nor House Speaker Mike Johnson knew about beforehand, according to NBC.

‘Everyone in the world found out at the same time,’ a source close to Greene told the outlet.

High profile Republicans had fractured from Trump as a result of the Jeffrey Epstein files fallout.

Greene used Friday’s lengthy video to brand the president ‘hateful’ for revoking his endorsement, a move that quickly saw him fire back and label her a ‘raging lunatic.’

She admitted that her mounting frustration with Washington’s political establishment, along with her fight to release the so-called Epstein files, became central to the feud with her once-close ally.

Trump admitted that ‘it’s not going to be easy for her’ to claw her way back into politics, but said, ‘I’d love to see it,’ noting that for now, ‘she’s got to take some rest.’

When pressed on whether the relationship between the once-inseparable pair could ever be mended, the commander in chief said: ‘I can patch up differences with anyone.’

Trump had hours earlier branded her a traitor – a phrase he returned to on Sunday night –  who only turned on him because he ‘refused to return her never ending barrage of phone calls.’

In a post on X last week, Greene said that private security firms were reaching out to her with warnings for her own safety.

She wrote: ‘A hot bed of threats against me are being fueled and egged on by the most powerful man in the world. The man I supported and helped get elected.’

Trump slammed Greene over her friendship with Thomas Massie (pictured)

‘Aggressive rhetoric attacking me has historically led to death threats and multiple convictions of men who were radicalized by the same type rhetoric being directed at me right now,’ she added.

‘This time by the President of the United States. As a woman I take threats from men seriously. I now have a small understanding of the fear and pressure the women, who are victims of Jeffrey Epstein and his cabal, must feel.’

Greene added that Trump’s ‘aggression’ against her was fueling ‘the venomous nature of his radical internet trolls,’ claiming that many of them are actually paid.
