Trump's secret for delivering 'record-breaking' results in 200 days

The White House marked President Donald Trump’s 200th day in office on Thursday.

And his top deputy is insisting that it has been more productive than his whirlwind first 100 days milestone.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt told the Daily Mail that the president is settling into his groove on Pennsylvania Avenue.

The key to Trump’s successful presidency, according to Leavitt, was his commitment to fulfilling promises made to American citizens, as he consistently met all major pledges from his campaign.

During Trump’s second 100 days in the White House, there was no shortage of controversies, including the drama surrounding the Jeffrey Epstein ‘cover-up,’ a high-profile spat with Elon Musk, and uncertainty in the economy due to his hefty tariffs.

This climate has contributed to a decline in his overall approval rating since his inauguration, largely triggered by apprehensions about the economy and the Epstein scandal.

But Leavitt insists that he has landed many of his top legislative priorities.

On Independence Day, Trump enacted his hallmark ‘Big, Beautiful Bill,’ a legislation that extended his 2017 tax reforms, reducing taxes on tips, overtime, and social security benefits.

This law also brought about new work requirements for Medicare eligibility and increased funding for border security and agencies like U.S. Customs and Border Protection, along with Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

And a popular provision included $1,000 MAGA baby accounts that will help Americans start investing in their kids’ futures.

Leavitt listed off other promises she says that Trump has delivered on, including ‘securing the border to defeating Biden’s inflation crisis.’

Leavitt concluded by stating, ‘Due to President Trump’s unwavering dedication and remarkable successes, we are now entering America’s Golden Age.’

The first 100 days milestone is frequently marked as the most important time period of a president’s leadership, as it signals how quickly he will secure his political agenda.

But Trump’s second 100 days were also extremely packed with positive and negative news.

The president wrangled Republican members of Congress who used a slim majority to pass his signature tax bill.

‘I think I have more power now, I do,’ Trump boasted in July, when asked by reporters about his successes in his second term. ‘More gravitas. More power.’

President Trump also launched one of the biggest and most successful air strikes in modern history on several Iranian nuclear sites in June.

The airstrike involved 125 aircraft, including seven B-2 stealth bombers, some of them tasked with hitting the three different nuclear sites.

Seventy-five ‘precision-guided weapons’ were dropped on Iranian targets and 14 GBU-57 Massive Ordinance Penetrators (MOPs) were dropped to destroy the facilities.

Trump declared the sites ‘completely obliterated’ after the bombings were done.

He was initially hit with backlash as CNN and the New York Times stated the damage to Iran’s nuclear facilities from the bombing was not as severe as the administration had hoped, according to initial assessment reports.

Trump fired back by demanding that the person who leaked incomplete intel be jailed.

He also said that ‘false’ reporting made the pilot ‘patriots’ feel ‘terribly.’

The CIA confirmed later that Iran’s nuclear facilities suffered ‘severe damage’ after the devastating airstrikes.

On foreign policy, the president still has work to do as he promised to end the war in Ukraine as the Israel-Hamas conflict, which are both still ongoing.

Trump issued a final peace deal ultimatum to Putin that is set to expire at midnight.

If there isn’t a deal struck, then Americans could see higher gas prices, according to experts, as the president plans to slap oil sanctions on countries friendly to Russia.

The White House noted that the president also convinced NATO members to raise defense spending to 5 percent of their GDP, culminating in a summit in June.

An administration official said to the Daily Mail that Trump’s immigration policies entered high gear in the second 100 days.

There was a new record low in illegal crossings at the border as only 4,399 apprehensions took place in July with zero releases into the United States.

The administration also located and rescued more than 13,000 migrant children who crossed the border without their parents.

Trump’s trade agenda also moved forward after setting tough deadlines with some of America’s partners to encourage them to negotiate with his administration.

So far the president has secured deals with over 60 countries including South Korea, Pakistan, Japan, Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Trump traveled to Scotland in July to announce significant negotiated deals with the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Despite some economic volatility from the president’s tariffs, the stock market reached an all-time record high on July 25, after five consecutive days of new closing highs.

But the results of the president’s expanded tariffs enacted on Thursday remain unclear and there are worries that prices for everyday items could still skyrocket.

The biggest issue that has plagued the administration so far has been centered on deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.

The president disappointed many of his MAGA supporters in the second 100 days after failing to release the full ‘Epstein files’ as he promised to do on the campaign trail.

The Justice Department concluded that there was no evidence that disgraced financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was murdered in prison, angering his MAGA base.

Attorney General Pam Bondi has been at the center of the drama, and sources have said she could be ousted by Trump if she doesn’t help the administration move past the controversy.

She has demanded the release of top-secret grand jury testimony that could help satisfy the MAGA base.

But a judge recently slapped down that request.

The vice president’s office also celebrated the 200th day milestone in a statement to the Daily Mail.

‘The Trump administration has accomplished more since inauguration day than most administration’s accomplish in four years,’ a spokesman for Vice President JD Vance said in a statement.

‘Americans are better off thanks to the tireless work of President Trump and Vice President Vance.’
