CHICAGO (CBS) — Two men were wounded in a shooting Friday afternoon at the Garfield station on the CTA Red Line.
The shooting happened around 12:30 p.m. at the entrance to Garfield station along the Dan Ryan Expressway, on the cusp of the Englewood and Washington Park neighborhoods, according to the Chicago Fire Department.

One victim was shot in the back, and another was shot in the abdomen. Both men were taken to University of Chicago Medical Center in serious to critical condition.
The CTA said Red Line trains were bypassing the Garfield station while police investigate.
