How Madonna, 67, would look if she never had rumored plastic surgery

Madonna has long been celebrated for her iconic music and stage presence, but recently, her remarkable appearance at 67 is capturing attention as she stars in a new Dolce & Gabbana Beauty campaign launched in January.

The pop icon became the face of Dolce’s latest fragrance, The One, featuring in a sultry advertisement released last month.

In the captivating image, Madonna appears timeless, lounging on a bed alongside Alberto Guerra. She is seen wearing a Dolce & Gabbana-branded garter and a silky, nude lace slip.

In the campaign, Madonna exudes a youthful glow with her flawless skin, perfectly full lips, and a completely smooth forehead.

Throughout the years, the singer has not publicly acknowledged undergoing any cosmetic surgery or enhancements, despite ongoing speculation.

In 2023, she sparked conversation when viewers noted her different appearance while presenting Kim Petras and Sam Smith at the Grammy Awards.

But what might the legendary pop star look like without any rumored surgeries or cosmetic enhancements?

Now, dramatic, computer-generated images have revealed the answer to that question.

Artificial intelligence was told to analyze photos of the timeless beauty when she was younger and make a variety of predictions about what she should look like at age 67.

The results were quite a shakeup from what she looks like now, as they showed the star with wrinkles and crow’s feet around her eyes.

Daily Mail reached out to Madonna’s reps for comment.

In 2023, just weeks after she made headlines for her ‘unrecognizable’ appearance at The Grammy Awards, she took to X (formerly Twitter) joking about how ‘cute’ she looked now that her ‘swelling’ had gone down.

‘Look how cute I am now that swelling from surgery has gone down. Lol,’ she wrote along with a photo of her kicking back in ripped jeans and a ‘Spiritually Hungry’ hat.

She didn’t reveal exactly what kind of procedure she had or when she went under the knife, if that’s what she was hinting at at all.

After her appearance, she confronted the criticism in a lengthy Instagram post hitting out at ‘ageism and misogyny.’

According to Madonna it was the ‘closeup’ from a ‘long lens camera’ that distorted her face and made it appear rounder and puffier than it actually was.

She diagnosed the problem, adding, ‘Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny That permeates the world we live in.’

In her lengthy caption, Madonna called it an ‘honor’ to introduce Kim Petras — the first openly trans person to win a Grammy — as well as Sam Smith, who shared the duo award and became the first openly non-binary artist to win in the Best Pop Duo/Group Collaboration category.

She noted that she opted to introduce Petras, rather than presenting for the coveted Album of the Year prize, as she thought the former moment would be more important and befitting her trailblazing status.

But Madonna was annoyed at how people ignored her words and instead focused on her appearance.

‘Instead of focusing on what I said in my speech which was about giving thanks for the fearlessness of artists like Sam and Kim – Many people chose to only talk about Close-up photos of me Taken with a long lens camera By a press photographer that Would distort anyone’s face!!’ she said.

‘Once again I am caught in the glare of ageism and misogyny That permeates the world we live in.’

Madonna complained that she lived in a ‘world that refuses to celebrate women pass the age of 45 And feels the need to punish her If she continues to be strong willed, hard-working and adventurous [sic].’

She continued, declaring that she wasn’t about to start apologizing for ‘any of the creative choices I have made nor the way that I look or dress and I’m not going to start.’

At the time, the Like A Prayer singer said that while she felt she has been ‘degraded’ since her earliest days of fame, ‘I understand that this is all a test and I am happy to do the trailblazing so that all the women behind me can have an easier time in the years to come.’
