The Last of Us Season 2 traces the journey of Ellie (Bella Ramsey) and Dina (Isabela Merced) as they travel from Jackson Hole to Seattle. Their mission is to exact revenge on Abby (Kaitlyn Dever) and her friends for the brutal torture and murder of Joel (Pedro Pascal). However, Seattle proves to be a daunting place filled with its own dangers. Like the rest of the world, it’s plagued by the Infected, but uniquely, it is also torn by a violent civil conflict. In last week’s episode, viewers witnessed Ellie and Dina encounter a fierce confrontation between the W.L.F. and Seraphites right in the city’s streets.

What’s next for Ellie and Dina? Will they be able to locate Abby? Could they end up taking sides in the ongoing war between the “Scars” and the “Wolves”? And importantly, when will the next episode of The Last of Us be available on HBO and MAX?

The Last of Us is a faithful adaptation of the much-loved video game series. Season 2 resumes the story five years after the events of its predecessor. Ellie, now 19, finds herself distanced from her adoptive father Joel, largely due to his decision to annihilate the Fireflies in Salt Lake City to save her in the Season 1 finale. Joel’s past decisions haunt them when a group from Salt Lake City, with Abby as their leader, seeks vengeance. They capture and violently kill Joel in front of Ellie. Now, Ellie and her girlfriend Dina are driven by the desire for revenge. Will they succeed in their quest?

Here’s everything you need to know about when the next episode of The Last of Us comes out on HBO and MAX…
