ABC7 Presents Chicago Auto Show 2026, running through Presidents' Day at McCormick Place

The Chicago Auto Show is set to make a grand return to McCormick Place in 2026, welcoming car enthusiasts from February 10 to February 17.

Prominent ABC7 personalities Ryan Chiaverini, Ravi Baichwal, Tracy Butler, and Diane Pathieu were on the scene, exploring a wide range of cutting-edge vehicles, from cars and trucks to SUVs.

ABC7 Presents Chicago Auto Show 2026 – Part 1

Diane Pathieu offered a sneak peek into some of the show’s standout attractions. Among the highlights are the innovative Chi-Town Alley area, an adorable Subaru puppy adoption initiative, and four exciting immersive test tracks for attendees to enjoy.

Ravi Baichwal engaged in an insightful conversation with Jim OBrill about the opulent Supercar Gallery, showcasing some of the most luxurious vehicles on display.

Meanwhile, Ryan Chiaverini and Tracy Butler took the opportunity to experience the thrill of the indoor test tracks. These tracks feature popular attractions like Camp Jeep, Ford Built Wild, and the Chicago Drives Electric circuit, offering visitors a taste of adventure.

The event also hosted the First Look for Charity Black-Tie Gala, a prestigious fundraiser benefiting 18 local charities. This annual gala, held the Friday before the public opening, is one of Chicago’s largest charitable events, raising over $2 million for various nonprofits.

Tracy explores the new Chi-Town Alley display, dedicated to car culture and custom car designs while Diane visits the Overlanding Chicago area, a space for the outdoor lovers.
