Teammates Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya and Alexander “The Great” Volkanovski will try to defend their titles against their American challengers, with a stacked card underneath.

Tune in to this special Saturday night pay-per-view (PPV) event on July 2, available only on ESPN+. The main card begins at 10 p.m. ET.

Main Card: Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya vs. Jared “Tha Killa Gorilla” Cannonier

The main event will feature No. 1-ranked UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya, who is making his fifth title defense against KO artist and No. 2-ranked middleweight Jared Cannonier. Nigerian-born New Zealand fighter Adesanya is 22-1 and one of UFC’s more popular fighters, with over 7.6M social media followers and an impressive 15 wins by knockout under his belt. Not only is he popular, but he is ranked as the No. 3 pound-for-pound best fighter in the world.

Meanwhile, Cannonier is 15-5 and coming in hot off a knockout win over Derek Brunso at UFC 271. He has won five of his past six fights, with four knockouts, and 12 of his past 15 wins are either by knockout or submission. Cannonier has also competed in heavyweight and light heavyweight fights, but he will be fighting for his first UFC championship at UFC 276.
