TERRIFYING footage has captured the moment a swinging amusement park ride collapsed in half – leaving 23 people injured.
At least three people remain critically injured after the horrific accident took place in Saudi Arabia.

The Ride was in operation and crowded with visitors when it split into two parts at a park located in the Al Hada district of Taif, a popular mountain resort city in western Saudi Arabia.
A cracking sound was heard signalling the disaster.
Eyewitnesses said the ride’s pole “recoiled at high speed”.
Riders seated as it fell were hurt, but the safety harnesses mainly held.
The wounded were given first aid and were then treated at the hospital.
Law enforcement in Saudi Arabia has launched a probe into the horror.
The area around the ride remained cordoned off while investigators continued their work.
It is understood that operations in the theme park have been temporarily suspended.
It comes just a day after a woman desperately clung to a metal structure while hanging from a 100-foot-tall ferris wheel in Brazil.
Chilling footage shows the woman screaming “help I’m going to die” as dangled in the air for her life during a local carnival.
The woman can be seen grabbing onto the metal frame of the Ferris wheel cabin and clinging on while suspended high above the ground at Mandirituba.
And the only thing that stopped her from falling through was her grip on the metal bars.
Onlookers were left horrified as the big wheel inched around an entire rotation before carrying the woman to the ground.
Miraculously, the woman was reported to be unharmed.
Despite the terrifying experience, the woman declined medical attention and walked away unscathed.
