Bill Gates’ former island retreat has hit the Florida real estate market for a whopping $23.5million – and for those looking for seclusion, it’s the ultimate paradise.
The C-shaped home is surrounded by dense forestry on Juniper Island in the Sunshine State with direct access to the water and tons of privacy as all three sides of the home have no neighbors, according to Profile Miami.
The home – located at 100 N Harbor Way – was formerly owned by the Microsoft CEO’s LLC, public record indicates.
It spans almost 10,000 square feet with an open-concept floor plan and comes with a heated indoor pool and spa, an outdoor kitchen, and direct access to the water.
‘This stunning residence is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own a piece of paradise,’ the One Sotheby’s listing said.
The home has a wrap around driveway, allowing the homeowner to easily move vehicles around. On both sides of the home are two four-car garages.
In the center of the driveway, it has a circular median with palm trees, giving it that natural Florida feel.
Inside the estate, the four-bedroom, 2.5-bath home features a ‘chef’s dream kitchen’ with SubZero and Wolf appliances, dual dishwasher, a Thermador double wall oven, quartz countertops, a Uline nugget ice maker, and custom cabinetry, the listing said.

It was recently revealed the moneymaker will leave his children with $500million each – despite previously saying he’d leave them with a ‘minuscule’ portion.
‘My kids got a great upbringing and education, but less than one percent of the total wealth because I decided it wouldn’t be a favor to them,’ Gates said.
‘It’s not a dynasty, I’m not asking them to run Microsoft. I want to give them a chance to have their own earnings and success.’
The billionaire suggested to DailyMail.com in 2011 that he would be leaving his children around $10million.
