Byron Buxton finally living up to his fantasy baseball potential

Picture arriving at the theme park you’ve longed to visit since childhood, only to discover it’s closed for maintenance, announced by an animatronic moose. It would be heartbreaking. You might even feel like hitting that moose.

Now envision this park being located in a place called Buxton, Minn. (a fictional location), and you’ve attempted to go there annually since 2015. Each time, it’s shut down for maintenance. Eventually, your enthusiasm for visiting fades, as it always ends in letdown.

Roto Rage suggests that another attempt to visit Buxton’s Theme Park might still be worthwhile. All the attractions are operational, and it’s marking the 10th anniversary since it opened.

No one has ever disputed Byron Buxton’s talent. His biggest downfall always has been an injury history that makes “In Search of Lost Time” by Marcel Proust look like a short story.
