SHOCKING footage captures the terrifying moment when a young boy was abducted at gunpoint while riding his bike outside his house.
However, the child’s father seemed to rush into the house instead of confronting the abductors.
Video obtained by the ABC affiliate WISN-TV depicted a white Jeep cruising through the neighborhood.
Then, two people jumped out of the car – with one wearing dark clothes charging up the driveway of the Milwaukee home.
Meanwhile Jamal White, seven, was playing on his bike at the bottom of the driveway.
A man, who appeared to be wearing white clothes, then tried to snatch Jamal before chasing after him.
Jamal’s dad, Jamal White Sr., ended up running into the home after being chased.
Moments later, the little boy was seen being carried and put into the Jeep.
Jamal’s dad received a torrent of backlash on social media after the video surfaced.
“Hell yeah, I ran,” he said as he addressed the matter.
He feared he would be the man who would be robbed as opposed to his son being abducted.
Jamal’s disappearance sparked an urgent search and an Amber Alert was issued.
He disappeared on July 11 and was found around 24 hours later.
Jamal was found around seven miles from where he was snatched.
Police found him hiding in an attic and a methamphetamine pill was in his pocket, as reported by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Jamal and his dad were interviewed by cops.

The boy’s father admitted he ran into the house when he realized the men were wielding guns.
Jamal said a man grabbed him by his shirt before being driven to a place he didn’t realize.
He was upset that his mom didn’t come to his dad’s house to pick him up.
Corey Williams, 25, has been charged with kidnapping.
It’s since emerged he tried to rob Jamal’s mom at gunpoint, according to court documents.
But, she wasn’t at the property, so he drove to Jamal’s dad’s home.
Jamal said Williams was the man driving the Jeep.
He has also been charged with taking hostages and contributing to the delinquency of a child.
Williams faces more than 100 years in prison if he’s convicted on all charges.
Jamal’s uncle has also been charged after he allegedly fired a gun during the search effort.
He has not been charged in relation to the abduction.
