Disney Jr.'s 'RoboGobo' kicks off Season 2 with 10-episode marathon

Cynthia Erivo, Alan Cumming, Megan Hilty, Sutton Foster, and a host of other celebrities are set to lend their voices to the second season of Disney Jr.’s “RoboGobo.”

“Ready? Vroom, vroom! Team RoboGobo’s upgrades are here,” announced Disney Jr. The popular children’s series, which follows “rescue pets who rescue pets,” has officially set a premiere date for its highly anticipated second season.

This delightful show for preschoolers is set in the imaginative world of MetroPet Island. It follows five adopted pets who gain super-powered Robo-Suits from a young inventor named Dax. In the upcoming season, Dax and Team RoboGobo continue their thrilling adventures with new Robo-Suits that can transform into Robo-Vehicles whenever needed. These upgrades will be crucial in their mission to protect MetroPet Island from foes like Gimme Pig, The Slink, and a new antagonist, Captain Shrimpertonn, voiced by Broadway star Megan Hilty.

The series boasts an impressive celebrity voice cast, including Cynthia Erivo, Alan Cumming, Valerie Bertinelli, Ana Gasteyer, Susan Kelechi Watson, Dulé Hill, Alison Pill, and James Monroe Iglehart. Joining them are Tony Award-winner Sutton Foster and comedian Nate Torrence, who play Molly and Milo, a pair of sanitation worker siblings who become friends with the raccoon duo Risky and Royale, the show’s biggest fans. The main voice cast also includes Ja’Siah Young as Dax, Brayden Morgan as Booster, Azuri Hardy Jones as Allie, Gracen Newton as Hopper, Leili Ahmadyar as Shelly, and Dee Bradley Baker as Wingo.

Fans can catch up on “RoboGobo” Season 1, available for streaming on Disney+. The second season will kick off with a 10-episode marathon on February 16 at 7 a.m. EST on Disney Jr., with all episodes becoming available on Disney+ the following day.
