A WOMAN has claimed that she saw Idaho murders suspect Bryan Kohberger moments before he allegedly killed students in bizarre bodycam footage.

The 44-year-old self-identified DoorDash driver said she was expecting to testify after delivering food to victim Xana Kernodle on November 13, 2022.

A 30-year-old former graduate student faces charges in the killings of Kernodle, her boyfriend Ethan Chapin, both aged 20, and friends Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen, both aged 21.

Prosecutors allege that at about 4:13 am on the day of the incident, a masked assailant entered the Moscow home, mere minutes after Kernodle received a food delivery.

Eerie images from the crime scene show a partially consumed Jack in the Box meal abandoned in the kitchen, while the four students were tragically stabbed to death, as two other roommates remained hidden in their rooms.

Now, a woman has been captured on bodycam footage claiming that she was the driver who delivered the meal.

The clip was shared on September 21, 2024 by the YouTube channel Officer Axon, which gains access to the videos through public information requests.

Sleuths noticed the woman’s remarks to cops after the Pullman Police Department took her in on September 5, 2024, and the video started to circulate online.

In the video, the woman opened up about stressors in her life after officers accused her of looking like she was on drugs.

“Now I have to testify in the big murder case, too,” she said, speaking about the slaughtering of the four students.

“I’m the DoorDash driver. I saw Bryan […] I parked right next to him.”

The Idaho Statesman first reported the connection. The DoorDash driver was named as a witness in court documents seen by the outlet, but she was only identified as “MM.”

If the driver is the woman in the bodycam video, her credibility as a witness could be called into question because she’s suspected of driving under the influence.

Kohberger has pleaded not guilty to all charges, and his defense wrote in filings that they plan to prove he had no connection to any of the victims or alleged witnesses, including the driver.

DRIVER’S ARREST

The driver captured in the bodycam footage was pulled over by a deputy with the Whitman County Sheriff’s Office for driving with expired tags, according to an arrest report seen by the Idaho Statesman.

Pullman cops came to the scene as backup after she was stopped.

Witness names have been under seal in court documents, so it’s unclear whether the driver is set to take the stand, the outlet reported.

More disturbing details about Kohberger are coming to light, including his cell phone history, which was detailed in an episode of NBC’s Dateline.

The now-released phone records contained an eerie selfie that captured Kohberger scowling while wearing a black hoodie, and showed how he researched serial killer Ted Bundy after the murders.

Kohberger, who was studying criminal justice at nearby Washington State University, also researched some of the victims’ friends and interacted with their posts on Instagram, the records show.

The information has become a sticking point in the trial, with Kohberger’s defense claiming it was an evidence leak in the case.

Last week, the suspect’s attorneys prodded Judge Steven Hippler to appoint a special prosecutor who would investigate the phone record release and determine whether it violated the court’s gag order.

Jury selection for Kohberger’s trial is set to begin in July.

A hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, and Kohberger is set to appear.

University of Idaho murders timeline

On November 13, 2022, a brutal home invasion claimed the lives of four University of Idaho students.

Kaylee Goncalves, 21; Madison Mogen, 21; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Ethan Chapin, 20, were stabbed to death in their Moscow, Idaho, off-campus home.

A six-week manhunt ensued as cops searched for a suspect.

On December 30, 2022, Bryan Kohberger, 30, was arrested at his parents’ home in Pennsylvania – 2,500 miles away from the crime scene.

He was taken into custody and has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder.

Kohberger, a former criminal justice student at Washington State University, has been linked to the crime scene through phone records, his car’s location, and DNA evidence found at the home where the murders took place.

The house was demolished in December 2023 despite backlash from the victims’ families.

Kohberger is being held at Latah County Jail while he awaits trial.

On September 9, 2024, an Idaho judge ruled to move the upcoming murder trial out of Moscow after Kohberger’s lawyer argued that the town was prejudiced against him.

The state Supreme Court will decide the new venue and judge for the trial, which is expected to start in August 2025.
