Shocking footage shows the group climbing on the white Mercedes and stamping on the windscreen.

Roughly a dozen men are seen trampling on the vehicle before about three, dressed in white t-shirts, begin mercilessly kicking the driver.

The horrifying video shows thugs forcefully booting the person inside the car, while onlookers try to capture the grim scene on their phones.

A vehicle parked next to the Mercedes also appears to take a beating with many jumping on the car to watch the chaos unfold.

After several minutes, the Mercedes driver is seen making a swift getaway with a cracked windscreen and the boot still open.

Earlier, victim Top5 posted clips of himself to Instagram watching Drake’s Wireless Festival set from a VIP section near the stage.

The pair were pictured watching a basketball game in January, with Top5 describing the God’s Plan hitmaker as his “twin”.

The rapper, who was acquitted of a murder charge in Toronto last year, reportedly provoked other rap artists in the capital by stating in a live stream on social media, “There are no real killers in London.”

The Metropolitan Police said officers were called at around 12.15am today to reports of a stabbing in Springpark Drive, near Finsbury Park.

A spokesperson stated, “The victim, a man in his 20s, was confronted by a gang who vandalized his car before stabbing him in the leg. He was transported to the hospital, and his injuries are not considered to be life-changing.”

“Enquiries remain ongoing and no arrests have been made at this stage.”

Taking to Instagram, podcaster DJ Akademics shared a picture of the report with the caption: “pray for Top5. Wish him a speedy recovery.”

Cops have since urged anyone with information to call 101 or reach out on X and quote CAD105/17JULY.

Enquiries remain ongoing and no arrest have been made at this stage.

The terrifying incident happened just minutes after rapper Drake, 38, performed on the Wireless stage.

Despite what many called a stellar performance, many fans were left disappointed as they were led to believe they’d be getting two Drake sets – one at 18:25 and one at 20:55.

But the first mysteriously vanished from the schedule mid afternoon.

Festivalgoers were left even more confused when his set finished after just 40 minutes due to London’s strict 9:30pm curfew.

He told the crowd: “London, I will love you for the rest of my life”, as he rushed through his set.

Writing on Instagram after the show, Drake said he didn’t know what had happened but thanked festivalgoers for their support.

In a post he said: “Thank you London. Need some time to process what just happened so I don’t have my usual caption…just thank you so much for the best 3 nights of my performance career.”

Wireless festival, Drake and Top5 have been approached for comment.
