In Head-Scratching Move, Elon Musk Says Twitter Won't Accept His Proposal (UPDATED) – RedState

Twitter has certainly been more fun since Elon Musk has taken over, championing free speech and leading to innumerable liberal meltdowns.

Some, like Alyssa Milano, are so fearful that free speech might somehow endanger their liberal narrative, they’ve thrown epic tantrums.

But Musk just teased some more interesting things to come, saying that he was going to drop the files that he’s found on “free speech suppression” because “the public deserves to know what happened.”

There are a whole lot of things that could cover — from the shadow banning of conservatives and amplifying of the liberal narrative to the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story and more. That promises to be some juicy information. The big thing will be if he has some receipts on any information involving the government and/or the Biden team, particularly if it involves the election.

This would explain why many on the left didn’t want Musk to take over — because there’s a lot there to find. Many had a similar reaction to this Twitter user, given what all that could mean.

But it sounds like he’s digging in too, as he outlined how important the fight was.

“This is a battle for the future of civilization,” Musk declared. “If free speech is lost even in America, tyranny is all that lies ahead.”

It surely sounds like he gets it. As I previously wrote, he even gets the importance of the culture war. This has to leave the powers that be quaking in their boots, now that Twitter has been freed. That’s why they’re doing everything they can to stop him.

But it sounds like he has some tantalizing receipts. Grab the popcorn, this is getting good now.
